Abstract
Description
(a)例えば、トリス(2−クロロエチル)ホスフェート(TCEP)、及びトリス(2−クロロイソプロピルホスフェート(TCPP)等の、リンとハロゲンの両方を含む可塑剤;
(b)例えば、リン酸ジメチルプロピル(DMPP)、リン酸トリエチル(TEP)、メチルホスホン酸ジメチル(DMMP)、エチルホスホン酸ジエチル(DEEP)等の、リンを含むがハロゲンを含まない可塑剤;
(c)例えば、塩素化パラフィン、UNIPLEX(商標) FRP49 N−1という商品名で販売されている可塑剤等の液状の臭素化可塑剤または塩素化可塑剤、及びUNIPLEX(商標) FRP−42という商品名で販売されている可塑剤等の液状臭素化フタル酸(UNIPLEXは、Unitex Chemical Corporationの商標である)と同様の、ハロゲンを含むがリンを含まない可塑剤;
(d)例えば、アジピン酸ジメチル(DMADP)、フタル酸ジブチル(DBP)、フタル酸エステル全般、セバシン酸塩、アジピン酸塩、テレフタル酸塩、二安息香酸塩、グルタル酸塩、アゼライン酸塩、エポキシ化植物油、及び液状ポリブテン等の、リンもハロゲンも含まない可塑剤、を含む。
以下の実施例(Ex)及び比較例(Comp Ex)のそれぞれに対して、発泡剤(BA)成分以外の配合物成分をスズめっきスチール缶に導入することによって、OCF配合物が調整され、及び缶に流体連通を提供するバルブを有するように缶がシールされる。缶に適正な量のBA1を注入し、次いでBA2を注入する。缶からOCF配合物の細片を吐出し、フォームを硬化させることによって、実施例(Ex)及び比較例(Comp Ex)それぞれのフォームサンプルを得る。以下の方法で、フォームの特性評価を行う。
以下の実施例(Ex)及び比較例(Comp Ex)は、0.2〜0.75の範囲のrhoB値を有することの重要性を説明する。配合物及び特性を表2に示す。配合物における成分は、配合物の総重量に対する重量%で記載される。
以下の比較例(Comp Ex)は、臭素化ポリオールの影響を説明する。配合物及び特性を表3に示す。配合物における成分は、配合物の総重量に対する重量%で記載される。
以下の実施例(Ex)及び比較例(Comp Ex)は、臭素化ポリオールの影響を説明する。配合物及び特性を表4に示す。配合物における成分は、配合物の総重量に対する重量%で記載される。
NA*は、有効なフォームが得られなかったために該当しないものである。
以下の実施例(Ex)は、脂肪族または芳香族のポリオール及びイソシアネートを有する本発明のOCF配合物の調整能を示す。配合物及び特性を表5に示す。配合物における成分は、配合物の総重量に対する重量%で記載される。
Claims (10)
- 一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物であって、
(a)2.5〜3.5の範囲の公称官能価を有し、ならびに前記配合物中のイソシアネート及びポリオールの総重量を基準として、10〜20重量パーセントのNCO官能基を提供するのに十分な濃度で存在する高分子イソシアネートと;
(b)ポリオール成分の総重量を基準として、少なくとも85重量パーセントの脂肪族ポリオールであり、及び全ポリオールの総モルに対する1分子あたり3つ以上のヒドロキシル基を有するポリオールのモル比が0.2〜0.75の範囲であるポリオール成分と;
(c)配合物の総重量を基準として、15〜30重量パーセントの濃度範囲の可塑剤と;
(d)発泡剤を含まない全配合物の重量を基準として、1.5〜3.5重量パーセントの範囲のリン濃度と;
(e)発泡剤を含まない全配合物の重量を基準として、5.5〜11.5重量パーセントの範囲のハロゲン濃度と;
(f)発泡剤を含まない配合物重量の1グラムあたり1.5〜5ミリモルの濃度範囲の発泡剤と;を含むことによって特徴付けられる前記一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物であって、
前記配合物が、膨張性グラファイトを含まないことによってさらに特徴付けられる、前記一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。 - 前記可塑剤が、トリス(1−クロロ−2−プロピル)ホスフェート、リン酸トリエチル、及びプロピルホスホン酸ジメチルからなる群から選択されることによってさらに特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。
- 前記配合物がハロゲン化ポリオールを含まないことによってさらに特徴付けられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。
- 前記可塑剤が、前記一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のハロゲン及びリンの全てを提供することによってさらに特徴付けられる、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。
- 前記可塑剤がトリス(2−クロロプロピル)ホスフェートであることよってさらに特徴付けられる、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。
- 臭素を含まないことによってさらに特徴付けられる、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物。
- 先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物の使用方法であって、ポリウレタンフォームを形成するために、前記一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物を加圧容器から吐出することを含む、前記方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンフォームが、30ミリメートル未満の厚さを有することによってさらに特徴付けられる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記一成分スプレーポリウレタンフォーム配合物を、窓割り開口部近傍の開口部に吐出することによってさらに特徴付けられる、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- ISO 1856に従って測定された、本来の厚さの75%に3日間圧縮した後の24時間で、45%を超える圧縮回復率と、ASTM D6226に従って測定された70%以上の連続気泡含有率と、ASTM D3574に従って測定された1秒あたり0.001〜0.02リットルの範囲内の空気流量とを有し、及びDIN 4102試験でB2評価を達成する前記フォームによってさらに特徴付けられる、請求項7から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
