Description

Claims (15)
- 真空スイッチング装置(400,500)の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)であって、前記真空スイッチング装置は真空容器(402,502)を備え、前記真空容器は内部空間(404,504)を有し、前記接触子アセンブリは:
前記真空容器の前記内部空間内に配置される複数の電気接触子(110,210,310)であって、少なくとも1つの電気接触子(110,210)が孔(112)を有する、前記複数の電気接触子(110,210,310)と、
複数の電極(120,120’,220’,320)であって、各電極が、前記複数の電気接触子のうち、対応する1つの電気接触子に係合し、少なくとも1つの電極(120,120’,220’)がベース(122,122’)と、突出部(124,124’)と、を含む、前記複数の電極(120,120’,220’,320)と、を備え、
前記突出部は、前記ベースから前記少なくとも1つの電気接触子の前記孔の内部に突出して、前記少なくとも1つの電気接触子を前記少なくとも1つの電極に固定する、接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電気接触子(110)は内側階段面(114)を備え、前記内側階段面は、前記孔(112)に隣接配置され、前記突出部(124’)は保持部(125’)を備え、前記保持部は前記内側階段面に係合する、請求項1に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。
- 前記内側階段面(114)は円環形であり、前記突出部(124’)は前記ベース(122’)から前記内側階段面を通過して突出する、請求項2に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。
- 前記保持部(125’)は円環形であり、前記保持部は、前記内側階段面(114)の略全体を覆う、請求項3に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。
- 前記内側階段面(114)は第1平面(116)内に配置され、前記ベース(122’)は、前記電気接触子(110)に係合する係合面(128’)を備え、前記係合面は、前記第1平面に平行な第2平面(130)内に配置される、請求項2に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。
- 前記突出部(124’)は、前記ベース(122’)から前記第1平面(116)に垂直な方向(132)に突出する、請求項5に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極(120,120’,220’)は、第1の電極(120,120’)と、第2の電極(220’)と、を備え、前記少なくとも1つの電気接触子(110,210)は、第1の電気接触子(110)と、前記第1の電気接触子と対向配置される第2の電気接触子(210)と、を備え、前記第1電極は前記第1の電気接触子に係合し、前記第2の電極は前記第2の電気接触子に係合する、請求項1に記載の接触子アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記複数の電極(120,120’,320)は別の電極(320)を含み、前記複数の電気接触子(110,310)は、前記少なくとも1つの電気接触子(110)と対向配置される別の電気接触子(310)を含み、前記別の電極は、前記別の電気接触子に係合し、前記別の電極は、前記別の電気接触子の内部に突出しない、請求項1に記載の接触子アセンブリ(300)。
- 内部空間(404,504)を有する真空容器(402,502)と、
請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の接触子アセンブリ(100,300)と、を備える、真空スイッチング装置(400,500)。 - 電気接触子(110,210)を真空スイッチング装置(400,500)内の電極(120,120’,220’)に固定する方法であって、前記真空スイッチング装置は、内部空間(404,504)を有する真空容器(402,502)を含み、前記電極は、ベース(122,122’)と、前記ベースから突出する突出部(124,124’)と、を含み、前記電気接触子は孔(112)を有し、前記電気接触子は、前記真空容器の前記内部空間内に配置され、前記方法は:
前記突出部を前記電気接触子の前記孔の内部に挿入するステップと、
前記突出部を変形させて前記電気接触子を前記電極に固定するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記変形させるステップでは更に:
構成部材(4)を含むツーリング装置(2)を配設し、
前記構成部材を前記電気接触子(110)の前記孔(112)の内部に、前記電極(120,120’)の前記ベース(122,122’)に向かって移動させ、
前記構成部材を前記突出部(124,124’)の内部に押し込むことにより前記突出部を変形させる、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記電気接触子(110)は内側階段面(114)を有し、前記突出部(124,124’)は空洞(126)を有し、前記押し込むステップは更に:
前記構成部材(4)を前記空洞内に押し出すことにより、前記突出部の一部(125’)を押し広げて前記内側階段面の略全体を覆うようにする、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ツーリング装置(2)は更に、ボディ部(6)と、キャップ(8)と、ハウジング(10)と、を備え、前記ボディ部は貫通孔(12)を有し、前記方法は更に:
前記構成部材(4)を前記ボディ部の前記貫通孔の内部を挿通させ、
前記キャップ及び前記ハウジングの各々を前記構成部材に固定する、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ツーリング装置(2)は更に、複数の結合部材(18,26,28)を備え、前記構成部材(4)は開口孔(14)を有し、前記ハウジング(10)は、複数の貫通孔(20,22,24)を有し、前記キャップ(8)は貫通孔(16)を有し、前記固定するステップは更に:
前記複数の結合部材(18)のうちの1つの結合部材を前記キャップの前記貫通孔、及び前記構成部材の前記開口孔の各孔の内部に挿入し、
前記ハウジングを前記キャップの上に載置し、前記キャップは前記ハウジングの前記貫通孔群(20)のうちの1つの貫通孔の内部を延び、
複数の他の結合部材(26,28)を前記ハウジングの対応する複数の他の貫通孔(22,24)の内部を挿通させ、前記複数の他の結合部材の各々は前記ボディ部に係合する、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記ツーリング装置(2)は更に、バネ(30)を備え、前記バネは、前記ボディ部(6)から前記キャップ(8)まで延在し、前記構成部材(4)は前記バネ内を延通し、前記バネから力が前記キャップ及び前記ボディ部の各々に加わり、前記押し込むステップは更に:
前記キャップ(8)を前記電気接触子(110)に向かって移動させることにより、前記バネから前記キャップ及び前記ボディ部の各々に加わる前記力を増大させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
