Claims (9)

  1. 対象において癌に直接投与されるエンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子の治療有効量を含む、癌の処置における使用のためのインサイチュ・ワクチンであって、前記エンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子が、薬物または抗原の送達のためのビヒクルとして使用されない、インサイチュ・ワクチン。
  2. 前記エンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子の治療有効量が、前記対象において免疫応答を刺激するのに有効な量である、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  3. 前記癌が転移癌である、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  4. 前記癌が、黒色腫、乳癌、結腸癌、肺癌、および卵巣癌からなる群から選択される、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  5. 前記癌が肺癌であり、前記エンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子が吸入によって投与される、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  6. 前記癌が皮膚黒色腫であり、前記エンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子が腫瘍内投与される、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  7. 抗癌剤と組み合わせて投与される、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  8. 前記抗癌剤がドキソルビシンを含む、請求項9のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
  9. 前記エンプティ・ササゲモザイクウイルスナノ粒子が、カーゴ分子を負荷されるか、またはカーゴ分子に結合される、請求項1のインサイチュ・ワクチン。
