Claims (13)
- 患者の椎骨(100,100’)の外科手術を案内するために近接側開口部(2a)から遠位側開口部(2b)に延設される二つの管状案内部材(2)を備える背骨の手術において用いられる患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1,1’)であって、
前記二つの管状案内部材は、支持フレーム(3)と一体的であり、患者の椎骨(100,100’)の前記患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1,1’)の固有の連結構成を形成するよう、患者の椎骨(100,100’)の複数の対応する接触領域に適合するよう設計される少なくとも五つの接触部材(11,15,16)を備えており、
前記接触部材(11,15,16)は、前記連結構成において患者の椎骨(100,100’)の棘状突起(101)に対応する主接触領域と連結されるように設計される主接触部材(11)と、前記連結構成において患者の椎骨(100)の椎弓板(102)および上関節面(103)または横突起(104)にそれぞれ対応する副接触領域と当接するよう設計される少なくとも一ペアの第一副接触部材(15)および第二副接触部材(16)と、を備えており、
前記支持フレーム(3)は、前記二つの管状案内部材(2)と非直線状ブリッジ(8)とに接続されるとともに前記近接側開口部(2a)の近傍で前記二つの管状案内部材(2)に該管状案内部材(2)の近接部分においてさらに直接接続されるV字状ブリッジ(5)を備えており、前記誘導ガイド(1)の最近接部分を構成する少なくとも一の頂部(8a)を備えている、
患者に応じた誘導ガイド。 - 前記V字状ブリッジ(5)は二つのアーム(6)を有しており、それぞれのアーム(6)は管状案内部材(2)に接続されるとともに、前記主接触部材(11)を構成している前記V字状ブリッジ(5)のバーテックス(5a)が腰椎(100)の棘状突起(101)の上方に配置されるよう尾骨方向に向かっている、
