Claims (9)
- 脊椎手術で使用するための患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)であって、
第1のガイド部材(2)および第2のガイド部材(3)であって、当該第1のガイド部材(2)および当該第2のガイド部材(3)の両方ともが支持フレーム(4)と一体であり且つ患者の第一椎骨(100)に手術器具を案内するために、それぞれの長手方向の展開軸(2a、3a)に沿って、近位開口部(2p、3p)から遠位開口部(2d、3d)まで延びる、第1のガイド部材(2)および第2のガイド部材(3)と、
前記患者の椎骨(100、200)への前記患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)の単一の結合構成を規定するために、前記患者の第一椎骨(100)および第二椎骨(200)の対応する複数の接触領域(101、102、103)と一致するように設計された接触部材(14、15、16)と、を備え、
前記第1のガイド部材(2)および前記第2のガイド部材(3)が、前記第1のガイド部材(2)および前記第2のガイド部材(3)の前記長手方向軸(2a、3a)を結ぶ直線に直交する正中面(X)に対して実質的に反対であり、
全体で3つのガイド部材のみが存在するように、前記ガイド(1)が、前記第一椎骨(100)に隣接して且つ連続する第二椎骨(200)に当接するように適合された第3のガイド部材(6)を含み、
前記第3のガイド部材(6)は、前記第1のガイド部材(2)または前記第2のガイド部材(3)に接続されたプレート(8)を介して前記支持フレーム(4)と一体である、ナビゲーションガイド(1)。 - 使用構成にある前記ガイドを考慮する場合に、前記プレート(8)が前記支持フレーム(4)からカウダル方向に延びる、請求項1に記載のガイド。
- 前記ガイド部材(2、3、6)が管状である、請求項1または2に記載のガイド。
- 隣接する前記第二椎骨(200)上に手術器具をガイドするために、前記第3のガイド部材(6)が、その長手方向の展開軸(6a)に沿って、近位開口部(6p)から遠位開口部(6d)まで延びており、前記長手方向の展開軸(6a)は、前記正中面(X)を横切り、且つ前記第1のガイド部材(2)および前記第2のガイド部材(3)の前記長手方向の展開軸(2a、3a)に対して傾斜している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)。
- 前記プレート(8)が、その近位面(8p)において、前記患者の前記第二椎骨(200)の椎弓板との接触面(103)を規定する、請求項1に記載の患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)。
- 前記支持フレーム(4)が、前記第1のガイド部材(2)および第2のガイド部材(3)を接続するブリッジ(9)を備え、前記ブリッジ(9)は、前記第一椎骨(100)の棘突起または仙骨頂(12)に結合されるように適合された主接触部材(10)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)。
- 前記ブリッジ(9)が、前記主接触部材(10)の実質的に上方にある把持要素(17)を備える、請求項6に記載の患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)。
- 前記仙骨頂を収容するように適合されたノッチ(11)が、前記ブリッジ(9)の前記接触部材(10)の下に存在する、請求項6または7に記載の患者固有のナビゲーションガイド(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の2つのナビゲーションガイドを含む患者固有のナビゲーションガイドキット(20)であって、前記第1のガイド(1’)が、第二椎骨(200)の第1の側を貫通させるために、前記プレート(8)を介して前記第1のガイド部材(2)にのみ接続された前記第3のガイド部材(6)を有し、前記第2のガイド(1’’)は、前記第一椎骨(100)および第二椎骨(200)が属する脊柱の長手方向線とは反対側の前記第二椎骨(200)の第2の側を貫通させるために、前記プレート(8)を介して前記第2のガイド部材(3)にのみ接続された第3のガイド部材(6)を有する、ナビゲーションガイドキット(20)。
