Claims (6)
- ディスクブレーキの鋳鉄でつくられたブレーキキャリパーであって、キャリパー後部(2)及び、相互に平行に隔てられて配されたテンションストラット(3)を用いて前記キャリパー後部に連結された、キャリパーヘッド(1)を有し、前記キャリパーヘッドが機能部品のための受入れチャンバを囲むハウジング(4)を有し、前記キャリパーヘッドが、固定ベアリングのためのベアリングボア(8)を受け入れる、前記ハウジングから隔てられ、前記ハウジングに隣接する、一体成形された突出コネクタ(5)を有し、前記コネクタが一体成形されたリブ(6)を用いて前記ハウジング(4)に連結された、ディスクキャリパーにおいて、前記リブ(6)が前記コネクタ(5)をまたいで前記キャリパーヘッド(1)の外縁領域に(7)延び込むことを特徴とするブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記リブ(6)が対応する前記テンションストラット(3)まで斜行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記リブ(6)が段面(9)を有する多段の形態を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記リブ(6)が前記コネクタ(5)と前記ハウジング(4)の間のスペーシング領域に厚化部分(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記厚化部分(10)が下側に向かって先細りになることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のブレークキャリパー。
- 前記厚化部分(10)の高さが前記コネクタ(5)の外周の大部分に重なるように定められる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のディスクキャリパー。
