Claims (26)
- 1つ又は2つ以上の電池セルと、
1つ又は2つ以上の電池セルの外周辺を取り囲む構造からなるフレーム部材であって、前記電池セルの外周辺のうちの一辺の両端部にそれぞれ位置した冷却マニホールド要素を含むフレーム部材と、
前記フレーム部材の内部に装着されて電池セルと対面接触する冷却部材であって、電池セルに対応する形状及び大きさからなる板状型の冷却フィン、及び前記冷却フィンの外周辺に位置した中空構造の冷媒導管を含んでいる冷却部材と、
を含んでいる単位モジュールが2つ以上の個数で密着配列された構造となっており、
前記冷媒導管は、単位モジュールのフレーム部材の冷却マニホールド要素に、冷媒流入口及び冷媒排出口がそれぞれ連通する構造で連結されていることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、正極、負極及び前記正極と負極との間に介在する分離膜を含む構造の電極組立体が、樹脂層及び金属層を含むラミネートシートのパウチ型電池ケースの収納部に装着されている構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却マニホールド要素は、フレーム部材を貫通する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却マニホールド要素は、フレーム部材の一面から他面側に貫通する中空構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単位モジュールの冷却マニホールド要素は互いに連通するように連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。

- 前記フレーム部材は、冷却マニホールド要素が形成された部位から突出延長された1つ以上の下端締結延長部を含んでおり、前記下端締結延長部には下端締結孔が穿孔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上端締結孔及び下端締結孔には、単位モジュールを互いに定位置に固定するための締結ビーム(beam)が挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材の冷却フィンは、冷媒導管の冷媒流入口及び冷媒排出口が位置した一辺において、前記冷媒流入口及び冷媒排出口に隣接する部位に冷却フィンの一部が突出延長された1つ以上の固定締結延長部をそれぞれ含んでおり、前記固定締結延長部には固定締結孔が穿孔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材は、固定締結孔及びフレーム部材を貫通する固定締結具によって、前記フレーム部材に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含んでいる電池パックであって、2つ以上の電池モジュールが密着配列されている構造の電池モジュールアセンブリがトレイ(tray)アセンブリの上面に搭載されている構造からなることを特徴とする、電池パック。

- 前記電池モジュールアセンブリは、トレイアセンブリの上面と対面する一面の対向面に1つ以上の固定ビームがさらに結合されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項17に記載の電池パックを1つ以上含む、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、パワーツール、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載のデバイス。
