Claims (12)
- 出口開口部(10)を有する耐火性端部レンガ(6)を備えた冶金容器、特に電気アーク炉のタップであって、
端部レンガ(6)の下表面(11)には溝(15)を設け、これは容器を空にするときに出口開口部(10)上に切削エッジ(16)が前記溝(15)と共に形成されるような形状にすることを特徴とするタップ。 - 前記溝(15)は環状形態であり、それにより半径方向外側に傾斜した傾斜面(18)が設けられ、断面図で示されるように、前記端部レンガ(6)の面の表面(11)に対して5°〜20°の角度(17)で傾いており、従って前記切削エッジ(16)は前記出口開口部(10)と直接続くように形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタップ。
- 前記溝(15)の前記傾斜面(18)は好ましくは前記端部レンガ(6)の前記面の表面(11)に対して約17°の角度(17)で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタップ。
- 前記溝(15)は円弧、好ましくはほぼ半円の形状であり、前記出口開口部(10)を同心円状に包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタップ。
- 前記タップの寸法に従って、前記溝(15)の半径方向幅(19)は2〜10cmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタップ。
- 三角形の断面で形成された前記溝(15)は、前記切削エッジ(16)から離れて対面する側部(20)で曲面加工することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタップ。
- 前記溝(15)は少なくとも1つの追加的な溝(15a)により放射状に包囲されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタップ。
- 前記溝(15、15a)の両方は、ほぼ同一の断面で寸法を決めるか、あるいは異なる寸法にすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタップ。
- 出口開口部(10)を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のタップ用の耐火性端部レンガであって、1つの前記面の表面(11)には溝(15)が設けられ、溝(15)は、出口開口部(10)上に前記溝と共に切削エッジ(16)が形成されるような形状にしていることを特徴とする耐火性端部レンガ。
- 前記溝(15)は円形又は円弧の形態で形成され、前記出口開口部(10)を同心円状に包囲していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の耐火性端部レンガ。
- 前記溝(15)は前記端部レンガを形成するときに設けるか、又は前記端部レンガに研磨することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の耐火性端部レンガ。
- 前記スリーブ状端部レンガ(6)の他の面の表面に縁取り(8)を設け、前記レンガを中心に設置することを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の耐火性端部レンガ。
