Claims (16)
- かみそり刃上にコーティングを成形する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの先端面と刃先とによって定められた先端部を有するかみそり刃を与える段階と、
少なくとも1つの先端面上に第1の厚みを有する表面コーティングを塗布する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの先端面上の前記塗布された表面コーティングを流体ストリームを使用して前記第1の厚みよりも小さい第2の厚みを有するように成形する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記塗布された表面コーティングを該塗布された表面コーティングが塑性状態にある温度まで加熱する段階を含む、該塗布された表面コーティングを焼結する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布された表面コーティングを成形する前記段階は、該塗布された表面コーティングの一部分を前記かみそり刃の前記先端部から離れるように移動させて前記第2の厚みを有する残留表面コーティング層を残す方式で前記流体ストリームを該塗布された表面コーティングに向ける段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記流体ストリームは、前記塗布された表面コーティングに該塗布された表面コーティングの一部分を前記かみそり刃の前記先端部から離れるように後方に移動させる方式で向けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記残留表面コーティング層は、前記先端面のうちの実質的に全てにわたって前記刃先から後方に延びることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの先端面上に前記表面コーティングを成形する前記段階は、該表面コーティングを複数の厚みを有するように成形する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記流体ストリームは、ガスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体ストリームは、表面コーティング材料又はかみそり刃材料の一方又は両方と非反応性であるガスを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、窒素及びアルゴンのうちの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記表面コーティングは、フロオロポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体ストリームは、ガス及び固体粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体ストリームは、液体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記かみそり刃のスタックが与えられ、前記表面コーティングは、該スタック内の各かみそり刃の前記少なくとも1つの先端面に塗布され、
前記かみそり刃のスタックを固定具内に配置する段階、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記流体ストリームは、加熱炉に配置された流体ストリームノズルを流出し、各かみそり刃の前記少なくとも1つの先端面上に前記塗布された表面コーティングを成形する前記段階中に、前記かみそり刃のスタックを保持する前記固定具は、該加熱炉内に配置され、

前記加熱炉内に非反応性ガス環境を与える段階と、
前記加熱炉内で各かみそり刃上の前記塗布された表面コーティングを該塗布された表面コーティングが塑性状態にある温度まで加熱する段階と、

ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記塗布された表面コーティングを成形する前記段階は、前記固定具及び前記流体ストリームノズルの一方又は両方を他方に対して選択的に移動する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- かみそり刃であって、
少なくとも1つの先端面と刃先とによって定められた先端部を有するかみそり刃と、
請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって成形された前記少なくとも1つの先端面上のコーティングと、
