Claims (15)
- 車両の中速から高速の安定性を高めるため及び車両の一時的なヨー応答を制御するための方法であって、前記車両が、前車軸(24)、後車軸(26)、制御可能な差動装置(22)、及び前記差動装置(22)をロック及びロック解除するために配置された制御ユニット(50)を備え、前記方法が、前記車両の操作に依存して前記差動装置(22)を選択的にロック又はロック解除することを含む場合において、前記方法が、以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法:
− 少なくとも前後方向の車両スピード(V)を測定すること;
− 測定された車両スピード(V)を予め決定された第一参照スピード(VH)と比較すること;及び
− 前記測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第一参照スピード(VH)を越えるなら前記差動装置(22)をロックすること。 - 前記第一参照スピード(VH)を80〜110km/hの範囲内の値に設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法:
− もし差動装置(22)がそのロックされた状態にあるなら前記スピード(V)を予め決められたさらなる参照値(V4)と比較すること、但し前記さらなる参照値(V4)は前記第一参照スピード(VH)より低い;
− もし測定された車両スピード(V)が前記さらなる参照値(V4)より低いなら前記差動装置(22)をロック解除すること。 - 測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第一参照スピード(VH)を越えない場合には、以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法:
− 測定された車両スピード(V)を予め決められた第二参照スピード(VL)と比較すること;
− 車両の前輪操舵角(δ)を測定すること;
− 前輪操舵角(δ)を前輪操舵角値の予め決められた参照値(δ1)と比較すること;
− 車両の前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)を測定すること;
− 前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)を前輪操舵角割合値の予め決められた参照値(dδ1)と比較すること;
− もし測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第二参照スピード(VL)を越え、かつ以下の条件i)〜iii)のいずれか一つになるなら前記差動装置(22)をロックすること;
i)測定された前輪操舵角(δ)が前輪操舵角の前記予め決められた参照値(δ1)を越える、又は
ii)測定された前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)が前輪操舵角割合の前記予め決められた参照値(dδ1)を越える、又は
iii)測定された前輪操舵角(δ)が前輪操舵角の前記予め決められた参照値(δ1)を越え、かつ測定された前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)が前輪操舵角割合の前記予め決められた参照値(dδ1)を越える。 - 前記第二参照スピード(VL)を60〜80km/hの範囲内の値に設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法:
− 前輪操舵角の大きさの前記参照値(δ1)を5〜8度の範囲内の値に設定すること;
− 前輪操舵角割合の前記参照値(dδ1)を20〜50度/sの範囲内の値に設定すること。 - 以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法:
− もし差動装置(22)がそのロックされた状態にあるなら前後方向の車両スピード(V)を測定し、前記スピード(V)を予め決められたさらなる参照値(V3)と比較すること;
− もし測定された車両スピード(V)が前記さらなる参照値(V3)より低いなら、そして前輪操舵角(δ)が参照前輪操舵角(δ2)より高いなら前記差動装置(22)をロック解除すること。 - 前記さらなる参照値(V3)を55〜80km/hの範囲内の値に設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 以下のことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法:
− 前記車両のアクセル及びブレーキ入力量を測定すること;及び
− もし車両の検出された減速が車両減速の予め決められた参照値を越えるなら前記差動装置をロックすること。 - 車両の中速から高速の安定性を高めるため及び車両の一時的なヨー応答を制御するためのシステムであって、前記車両が、前車軸(24)、後車軸(26)、制御可能な差動装置(22)、及び前記差動装置(22)をロック及びロック解除するために配置された作動手段(40)、並びに前記車両の操作に依存して前記差動装置(22)を選択的にロック又はロック解除するために前記作動手段を制御するように構成される制御ユニット(50)を備えているものにおいて、制御ユニット(50)が、少なくとも前後方向の車両スピード(V)を測定し、測定された車両スピード(V)を予め決められた第一参照スピード(VH)と比較し、もし前記測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第一参照スピード(VH)を越えるなら前記差動装置(22)をロックするように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 制御ユニット(50)がさらに、測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第一参照スピード(VH)を越えない場合には、測定された車両スピード(V)を予め決められた第二参照スピード(VL)と比較するように構成され、制御ユニット(50)がまた、車両の前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)を測定し、前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)を前輪操舵角割合値の予め決められた参照値(dδ1)と比較し、車両の前輪操舵角(δ)を測定し、前輪操舵角(δ)を前輪操舵角の予め決められた参照値(δ1)と比較するように構成され、また測定された車両スピード(V)が前記第二参照スピード(VL)を越え、かつ以下の条件i)〜iii)のいずれか一つになるなら前記差動装置(22)をロックするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム:
i)測定された前輪操舵角(δ)が前輪操舵角の前記予め決められた参照値(δ1)を越える、又は
ii)測定された前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)が前輪操舵角割合の前記予め決められた参照値(dδ1)を越える、又は
iii)測定された前輪操舵角(δ)が前輪操舵角の前記予め決められた参照値(δ1)を越え、かつ測定された前輪操舵角割合(dδ/dt)が前輪操舵角割合の前記予め決められた参照値(dδ1)を越える。 - 請求項10又は11に記載のシステムを含む車両。
- コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータで実行されるときに請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法の工程を実施するためのプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータで実行されるときに請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法の工程を実施するためのプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラムを担持するコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 車両の安定性及びヨー応答を制御するための制御ユニットであって、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法の工程を実施するように構成される制御ユニット。
