Claims (19)
- 風力タービン発電機のプラットフォーム(1)上のハウジング(3)から機器(2)を取り外す装置であって、
前記機器(2)を前記ハウジング(3)から実質的に水平方向に抜き取るウインチ(11)と、
前記ハウジング(3)からの抜取りの間に前記機器(2)を支持するように構成される可搬式の支持構造体(8)と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記ウインチ(11)は前記支持構造体(8)に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持構造体(8)は、非作業形態から、取外し中に前記機器(2)を支持することができる作業形態に移るように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング内にある場合の前記機器を支持するハウジング支持体(12)を更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持構造体(8)は、前記作業形態にある場合、前記ハウジング支持体(12)に当接して、実質的に連続した支持面をもたらす、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記機器(2)を取り外す前、該機器(2)に接続するように構成されている牽引索(13)を更に備え、前記ウインチ(11)は、前記牽引索(13)を駆動して、それにより前記機器(2)を前記ハウジング(3)から抜き取るように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ウインチ(11)は、前記機器(2)が前記ハウジング(3)から引っ張られる際、前記牽引索(13)を巻き取るように構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置はプーリー機構を更に備え、該プーリー機構において、前記ウインチ(11)によって巻き取られる前記牽引索(13)の長さは、前記機器(2)が移動させられる距離よりも実質的に大きい、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記牽引索(13)は鎖を含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ウインチ(11)は電気モーターを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持構造体(8)は、概してU字形状であり、前記U字形のうちの前記2つの脚部(9)は、前記機器がその上を摺動する面を形成し、前記ウインチ(11)は、前記U字形のうちの横棒(10)に取り付けられている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記U字形のうちの前記2つの脚部(9)は、前記U字形のうちの前記横棒(10)から脱着可能である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記装置はクレーン(7)を更に備え、該クレーン(7)は、前記プラットフォーム(1)上で用いられるように構成され、前記ハウジング(3)からの取外し後、前記機器(2)を前記支持構造体(8)から持ち上げ、前記機器(2)を外面上に降ろすように構成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いて風力タービン発電機のプラットフォーム(1)上のハウジング(3)から機器(2)を取り外す方法。
- 前記機器(2)はパワーパックである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プラットフォーム(1)上には、前記パワーパック(2)用の燃料タンク(4)が更に設けられている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記風力タービン発電機は洋上に位置し、前記方法は、前記クレーン(7)を用いて、前記ハウジング(3)からの取外し後、前記機器(2)を前記支持構造体(8)から持ち上げ、前記機器(2)を船舶の表面上に降ろすことを更に含む、請求項13に従属する場合の請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 風力タービン発電機のプラットフォーム(1)上の燃料タンクを外部燃料供給源から補充する方法であって、前記プラットフォーム(1)上にはクレーン(7)が配置され、該方法は、前記クレーン(7)を用いて、燃料供給パイプライン(18)を前記外部燃料供給源から前記プラットフォーム(1)に持ち上げ、前記パイプライン(18)を前記燃料タンク(4)に接続することを含む、方法。
- 前記風力タービン発電機は洋上に位置し、前記外部燃料供給源は船舶(17)上にある、請求項18に記載の方法。
