Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 角膜(3)または水晶体のようなヒトまたは動物の組織を切り出すための装置(1)であって、
当該装置(1)が、
レーザービーム(4)をパルスとして放射できるフェムト秒レーザー(2)と、
切り出される組織上または組織内に、前記ビーム(4)の方向を向け、焦点を合わせることができる手段とを備えてなり、
前記装置(1)が、算出された調節設定値に従い前記ビーム(4)の波面の位相を調節して、切り出し面に相当するレーザービームの焦点面の少なくとも2つの衝撃点にレーザービーム(4)のエネルギーを分配する、レーザービーム(4)の軌道上に置かれた成形手段(9)を備えてなること特徴とする、切り出し装置(1)。 - 調節設定値を用いて成形手段(9)を制御するための制御手段をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- 成形手段(9)が液晶を備えた空間光変調器である、請求項1または2に記載の切り出し装置。
- 調節設定値が、焦点面の少なくとも2つの衝撃点にレーザービーム(4)のエネルギーの分配が誘導されるように、レーザービーム(4)の不均等な空間位相のシフトを生じさせる、空間光変調器に表示される二次元イメージである、請求項3に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- 調節設定値が、イメージ上で数回反復された周期的な成形から構成されるグレイレベルの二次元イメージである、請求項3または4に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- 調節設定値が、調節前のレーザービーム(4)の波面の形とは無関係に算出される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- レーザービーム(4)のエネルギーが、パターンを形成する複数の異なるレーザー衝撃点(4)の焦点面に分配され、それぞれの点によって組織の切り出しが可能になる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- レーザー点(13)のグリッドパターンが形成されるように、パターンのレーザー衝撃点の、焦点面における2つの面積の間隔が均一である、請求項7に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- 複数の異なる位置において、切り出し面のパターンを変位させるための、少なくとも約2軸の旋回運動を行う光学ミラーシステムをさらに備えてなる、請求項7または8に記載の切り出し装置(1)。
- レーザービーム(4)をパルスとして放射できるフェムト秒レーザー(2)と、切り出される組織上に前記ビーム(4)の方向を向け、焦点を合わせることができる手段とを備えてなる、角膜(3)または水晶体のようなヒトまたは動物の組織の切り出し装置(1)を制御するための方法であって、
− レーザービーム(4)の軌道に配置された前記ビーム(4)の成形手段に、位相調節設定値を適用する工程、
− 成形手段によってレーザービーム(4)の波面の位相を調節する工程であって、切り出し面に相当するレーザービーム(4)の焦点面の少なくとも2つの衝撃点にレーザービーム(4)のエネルギーを分配するよう算出された調節設定値に従う工程
とを含んでなることを特徴とする、方法。
