Abstract
Description
1.どの視力表も検査シンボルの最大及び最小サイズを有していることから、視力範囲が限られている。例えば、ロシアで一般的なGolovin‐Sivtsev視力表は0.1〜2.0の範囲で視力を測定するように設計されている。
2.視力表における列の数により、視力測定での精度が低くなる。例えば、0.1〜1.0の範囲のGolovin‐Sivtsev視力表では、列数は10であるため、低い視力(0.1〜0.2)の視野での視力測定の相対的精度は約50%になり;高い視力(0.9〜1.0)の領域では約10%になる。
Claims (1)
- トレーニングシンボルをディスプレイ上で患者に表示することを含む視力検査方法であって、前記シンボルのサイズは広いダイナミックレンジ中、高い細分性で変更し、視標のサイズ変更時はその配置を定期的に変更するか、又は同じサイズの視標と交換し、前記視標が最小の認識可能なサイズを有するときの角度の計算に基づいて視力を決定し、視力の数値を確定して記憶する方法であって、前記手順を数回繰り返し、視力データの平均値及び相対標準偏差を計算し、数値が5%を超えていれば、実施した視力測定の結果の精度が不十分であり、調査の再実施のために患者の偽装を削除する必要があるという結論を下す、ことを特徴とする方法。
