Description
− 中心体と2つの閉塞蓋とを備えるケースであって、前記中心体に2つの連通する円筒室と1つの吸込管と1つの吐出管とが設けられる、ケースと、
− 中心体の前記室に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記閉塞蓋に回転可能に取り付けかつ支持される対応するシャフトによって支持される2つのロータと
を備える。
− キャビティではなく突出部のみ備える雄ロータと、
− 突出部または歯ではなくキャビティのみ備える雌ロータと
を備える。
− 雄ロータの突出部の頭部(33)と中心体の円筒室(22)の内面との間、
− 雄ロータの突出部の頭部(33)と雌ロータのキャビティの底面(43)との間、
− 雌ロータの円筒体(45)の外面とケースの中心体の円筒室(23)の内面との間、
− 雌ロータの円筒体(45)の外面と雄ロータの円筒体(35)の外面との間
に0.05mm、好ましくは0.02mmの許容空間を残すように、対応する円筒室(22、23)の完全な中心にある。
− 2つのロータの室(22、23)の上に配設される吸込ダクト(I)と、
− 2つのロータの室(22、23)の下に配設され、吸込ダクト(I)の軸に対して直交する軸を有する送出ダクト(O)と

Claims (14)
- − 中心体(2)と2つの閉塞蓋(20)とを備えるケースであって、前記中心体(2)に2つの連通する円筒室(22、23)と1つの吸込管(I)と1つの吐出管(O)とが設けられる、ケースと、
− 前記中心体の前記室(22、23)に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記閉塞蓋(20)に回転可能に取り付けられる対応するシャフトによって支持される2つのロータ(3、4)と
を備え、
前記2つのロータ(3、4)が、
− キャビティではなく少なくとも1つの突出部(30)のみ備える雄ロータ(3)と、
− 突出部または歯ではなく少なくとも1つのキャビティ(40)のみ備える雌ロータ(4)と
を備え、
前記雄ロータ(3)が前記雌ロータ(4)とかみ合う、すなわち、前記雄ロータの前記少なくとも1つの突出部(30)が、前記2つのロータ間の接触なしに、前記雌ロータの前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(40)に係合し、
前記雄ロータが、少なくとも1つの座(36)が設けられる本体(35)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの突出部(30)が、前記ロータの前記本体(36)の前記座(36)に係合する基部(34)を備える領域にある、
