Claims (7)
- 充電式の手持ち式の電気的に動作する喫煙装置であって、
充電式電源と、
MOSFETによって前記充電式電源に接続される第一の充電接点であって、前記MOSFETが電源端子、ドレイン端子、およびゲート端子を持つ、第一の充電接点と、
オペアンプであって、前記電源端子に接続される前記オペアンプの非反転入力、前記ドレイン端子に接続される前記オペアンプの反転入力、およびその中の前記ゲート端子に接続される出力を有するオペアンプと、
前記充電式電源に接続される第二の充電接点と、を備え、
前記MOSFETが、前記第一の充電接点と前記充電式電源との間の電圧差が第一の閾値電圧より低い時に、前記第一の電気接点と前記充電式電源との間の前記MOSFETを通した電流フローを防止するように構成され、前記装置が、前記電源端子と前記ドレイン端子との間の電圧差を増幅し、かつこれを前記ゲート端子に適用するように構成され、閉ループフィードバックが前記オペアンプの前記反転入力に適用され、前記電源端子における電圧が前記ドレイン端子における電圧と等しい時に前記MOSFETが確実にブロックされるように、バイアス抵抗器が前記オペアンプの前記反転入力と電気接地との間に接続される、充電式喫煙装置。 - 前記MOSFETがP−チャネルMOSFETである、請求項1に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
- 前記充電式電源を充電するために正常な充電電流が前記電源端子に適用される時に、前記MOSFETを飽和したモードで動作するように十分なゲインを用いて前記電源端子と前記ドレイン端子との間の前記電圧差を増幅するように前記装置が構成される、請求項1または2に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
- 前記オペアンプの前記出力と前記電源端子との間に接続された抵抗器を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
- 前記第二の充電接点が電気接地に接続された、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
- 複数のデータ接点をさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
- 前記充電式電源がリン酸鉄リチウム電池である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の充電式喫煙装置。
