Claims (5)
- ピストン段部(8,9)を有する段付きピストン(4)を備えたピストンポンプであって、前記段付きピストン(4)が段付けされたポンプ孔(10)内において往復ストローク運動で駆動可能であり、前記ピストンポンプ(1)が前記段付きピストン(4)の変位側(17)で前記ポンプ孔(10)内に変位スペース(25)を有しており、該変位スペース(25)は一方側が前記段付きピストン(4)によって仕切られていて、前記変位スペース(25)の容積が、前記段付きピストン(4)の送りストローク時に縮小し、前記段付きピストン(4)の逆方向の戻りストローク時に拡大するようになっており、前記ピストンポンプ(1)が、前記段付きピストン(4)のピストン段部(8)の、前記変位スペース(25)とは反対側で前記ポンプ孔(10)内に段状スペース(36)を有しており、該段状スペース(36)の横断面が前記変位スペース(25)の横断面よりも小さく、前記段状スペース(36)の容積が、前記段付きピストン(4)の前記送りストローク時に拡大し、戻りストローク時に縮小するようになっており、前記変位スペース(25)および前記段状スペース(36)がポンプ出口(34)と連通している形式のものにおいて、
前記段状スペース(36)がバルブ(37)を介して前記ポンプ出口(34)と連通していることを特徴とする、ピストンポンプ。 - 前記バルブ(37)が逆止弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記バルブ(37)が、圧力制御されていて、前記ポンプ出口(34)内の圧力が前記バルブ(37)の閉鎖圧を越えると閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記バルブ(37)が差圧弁であって、該差圧弁は前記ポンプ出口(34)と前記段状スペース(36)との間の圧力差が前記差圧弁の閉鎖圧を越えると閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記段付きピストン(4)が吸込み側でも段付きピストンとして構成されていて、それによって前記ピストンポンプ(1)は両ストローク方向で流体を吸入することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
