Abstract
Description
本発明は、少なくとも2つの燃料電池と、少なくとも2つの燃料電池を相互に直列に接続するために設けられた相互接続ユニットと、を含む燃料電池ユニットを備えた燃料電池装置に関する。
図1は、ここでは部分的にのみ示された燃料電池装置46の概略的断面図を示す。この燃料電池装置46は、ここでは例示的に2つの直列接続された燃料電池12,14を含む1つの燃料電池ユニット10を備えている。これらの燃料電池12,14は、相互接続ユニット16を介して直列に接続されている。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)と、
前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)を相互に直列に接続するために設けられた相互接続ユニット(16)と、
を含む燃料電池ユニット(10)を備えた燃料電池装置において、
少なくとも1つの前記相互接続ユニット(16)が、相互に異なる材料から形成された少なくとも2つの層(18,20)を有していることを特徴とする燃料電池装置。 - 前記相互接続ユニット(16)は、マンガン系ペロブスカイトから形成された少なくとも1つの第1の層(18)を有している、請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニット(16)は、ニッケル系ペロブスカイトから形成された少なくとも1つの第2の層(20)を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記燃料電池ユニット(10)は、前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)のカソード(24,26)を形成するために設けられた少なくとも1つのカソード層(22)と、前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)のアノード(30,32)を形成するために設けられた少なくとも1つのアノード層(28)と、前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)の電解質(36,38)を形成するために設けられた少なくとも1つの電解質層(34)とを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池(12,14)は、前記燃料電池ユニット(10)内部で、第1の燃料電池(12)のカソード(24)が、第2の燃料電池(14)のアノード(32)に少なくとも部分的に重畳するように配置されている、請求項4に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニット(16)は、前記燃料電池ユニット(10)の前記電解質層(34)内部に配置されている、請求項4に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニット(16)の前記少なくとも1つの第1の層(18)は、前記少なくとも1つのアノード層(28)の方向に向き、前記相互接続ユニット(16)の前記少なくとも1つの第2の層(20)は、前記少なくとも1つのカソード層(22)の方向に向いている、請求項6に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記燃料電池ユニット(10)が配置されている少なくとも1つの支持体(40)を備えている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池装置(46)を製造するための方法。
