- 前記加熱器基材が切頭体として構成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記加熱要素が導電性インクを備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 空気吸入口と、形成されたエアロゾルが外に出るように構成されたマウスピースとを有する外郭と、
前記外郭内に位置付けられ、そこを通る内側通路を備える切頭体として構成されている前記加熱部材と、
多孔性輸送要素であって、その長さに沿ったエアロゾル前駆体組成物の通過のために構成され、前記加熱部材と加熱配置にある第1の端部を有する、多孔性輸送要素と、
前記空気吸入口から、前記切頭体の前記第1の端部を越え、次いで前記切頭体の前記より大きくサイズ決めされた第2の端部を越えて前記マウスピースまで、前記外郭を通る気流路と、を備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。 - エアロゾル送達デバイスを形成する方法であって、
外郭を提供することと、
基材と共形である加熱要素で形成される加熱部材を提供することと、
第1のサイズの第1の端部及びより大きいサイズの第2の端部を有する円錐台として前記加熱部材を構成することと、
前記外郭内に前記加熱部材を挿入することと、を含む、方法。 - 多孔性輸送要素であって、その長さに沿ったエアロゾル前駆体組成物の通過のために構成され、第1の端部及び第2の対向する端部を有する、多孔性輸送要素を提供することと、その前記第1の端部を前記加熱部材と加熱配置に構成することと、を更に含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性輸送要素の前記第2の端部を、前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物と接触させることを更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。

- 前記多孔性輸送要素の前記第1の端部が、その中に中央開口部を備え、前記多孔性輸送要素の前記第1の端部を、前記加熱部材と加熱配置に構成することが、前記加熱部材の前記より小さくサイズ決めされた第1の端部を、前記多孔性輸送要素の前記第1の端部の前記中央開口部内に挿入することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱部材を提供することが、前記基材上に導電性インクを印刷することによって前記基材上に前記加熱部材を形成することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
