前記弾性熱可塑性樹脂が、170〜200℃で溶融してから硬化する特性を有することができる。
また、前記微小カプセルが、0.5〜2μmの平均直径を有することができる。
また、前記シェルの厚さが、微小カプセルの直径の1/5〜1/10であり得る。
前記微小カプセルは、スクリーン印刷、インクジェット印刷又はレーザー印刷によって塗布できる。
前記加熱封止は、170〜200℃の温度範囲で熱融着によって遂行可能である。
したがって、折畳みのクラックによる絶縁特性の破壊を防止できる効果を奏する。
また、前記パウチ外装材を構成する外部樹脂層は、基材及び保護層として作用し、通常、ナイロン又はポリエチレンテレフタレートから構成される。
このような微小カプセルは、当業界で通常使用される添加剤成分を含むことができ、当業界に知られた方法によって製造することができる。
前記カソード及びアノードは、集電体と前記集電体の少なくとも一面に塗布される電極活物質、即ち、カソード活物質又はアノード活物質を含む。

- 二次電池用パウチであって、
パウチの折畳みが予定された部分に沿って、パウチ上部の内部樹脂層とパウチ下部の内部樹脂層との間にコア・シェル構造の微小カプセルが塗布されたものであり、
前記微小カプセルが、弾性熱可塑性樹脂をコアに含むことを特徴とする、二次電池用パウチ。 - 前記シェルが、170〜200℃の熱融着工程によって少なくとも一部が溶融又は破壊されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用パウチ。
- 前記弾性熱可塑性樹脂が、170〜200℃で溶融してから硬化することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用パウチ。
- 前記弾性熱可塑性樹脂が、エポキシ系、アクリル系、シリコーン系、ゴム系、ウレタン系及びエラストマー系より選択された一種又は二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用パウチ。

前記折り畳まれた部分に、硬化した弾性熱可塑性樹脂がさらに形成されたものであることを特徴とする、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記硬化した弾性熱可塑性樹脂が、エポキシ系、アクリル系、シリコーン系、ゴム系、ウレタン系及びエラストマー系より選択された一種又は二種以上の混合物の硬化物であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 二次電池用パウチの製造方法であって、
パウチの折畳みが予定された部分に沿って、パウチ上部の内部樹脂層とパウチ下部の内部樹脂層との間に、弾性熱可塑性樹脂をコアに含むコア・シェル構造の微小カプセルを塗布する工程を含んでなる、二次電池用パウチの製造方法。 - 前記微小カプセルが、スクリーン印刷、インクジェット印刷又はレーザー印刷によって塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池用パウチの製造方法。
- パウチ型二次電池の製造方法であって、
請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用パウチに、二次電池を収納する工程と、
前記二次電池用パウチ周りを加熱封止する工程と、
封止部を折り畳む工程とを含んでなることを特徴とする、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記加熱封止が、170〜200℃の温度範囲で行われる熱融着によることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
