Claims (10)
- 個々の領域の間の移行部には、切欠きが設けられ、該切欠きの負荷スペクトルを計算により判定可能である、そのような流動案内コンポーネントにおいて、
外部からアクセスが困難である、および/または、直接にはまったくアクセスできない切欠きが、その機械的な負荷に応じて幾何学的に成形されていることを特徴とする流動案内コンポーネント。 - 前記切欠きは、第1の領域(1)から第2の領域(2)への前記コンポーネントにおける移行部が角度(3)をなし、
角度(3)の角の二等分線が判定され、
この角の二等分線に沿って点(5)が決定され、
角度(3)を形成する前記第1及び第2の領域(1,2)のうち一方から点(5)を通って垂線がそれぞれ下ろされ、
点5を通って該垂線に直線が、45°の角度(8)で引かれ、
この直線と前記領域(2)との交点によって線分が規定され、該線分の中心として点(9)が規定され、
点(9)に直線が22.5°の角度(10)で前記線分に引かれ、該直線が前記領域(2)と点(11)で交わり、
この構成の包絡線によって、前記切欠きの幾何学構成が設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。 - 特に、金属粉末が、例えばレーザビーム溶融や電子ビーム溶融のようなビーム溶融法によりコンポーネントをなすように結合されるジェネレーティブ方式によって、前記コンポーネントが製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 少なくとも1つの切欠きが前記コンポーネントの内部に配置され、特に中空スペースまたはアンダーカットに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、特に遠心ポンプのポンプコンポーネントであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、遠心ポンプ羽根車であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項項に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、インデューサであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、鉄基材料により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記鉄基材料は、オーステナイト素材またはマルテンサイト素材またはフェライト素材または二相素材であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
- 前記鉄基材料は、ねずみ鋳鉄素材または球状黒鉛鋳鉄素材であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の流動案内コンポーネント。
