Abstract
Description
本発明は、様々なトリートメント組成物を用いられ得るが、例えば、インク、染料、顔料、粘着剤、硬化性組成物、光学活性化合物(例えば、半導体量子ドット)、金属酸化物(例えば、二酸化チタン)、中空球、漂白剤、テクスチャ低減ポリマー、肌ケア組成物、毛染め料、脱毛用組成物(しばしば、脱毛剤と呼ばれるもの)、育毛刺激剤、及びそれらの混合物が用いられ得る。
本明細書で、「コントラスト比」は、組成物を不透明度チャート(Form N2A(Leneta Company(Manwah,NJ))又はその同等物)上に伸ばした後、鏡面反射を除外するように選択される設定で、分光光度計を用いることにより、決定される、組成物の不透明度、又は組成物が光透過を低減させる又は妨げる能力を指す。組成物を不透明度チャートの上部に適用し、次いでフィルムアプリケータ(例えば、BYK Gardner社(メリーランド州Columbia)から市販されているもの、又はその同等物)を用いて、厚さ約0.03cm(約0.01インチ)の厚さを有するフィルムになるように伸ばす。フィルムを、22℃±1℃、気圧1atmの条件下で2時間乾燥させる。分光光度計を用いて、製品フィルムのY三刺激値(すなわち、フィルムのXYZ色空間)を測定し、記録する。Y三刺激値は、不透明度チャートの黒色セクション上の製品フィルムの3つの異なる領域で測定し、また、不透明度チャートの白色セクション上の製品フィルムの3つの異なる領域で測定する。
次の実施例は、比較的大きな粒子を含み、視覚的な赤みがかなり減少している。
Claims (13)
- 人間の肌をトリートメントするための装置であって、
a.1つ以上のアプリケータノズルを備えるアプリケータヘッドと、
b.トリートメント組成物を収容するリザーバと、
c.センサと、
d.CPUと、を備え、
前記センサが、肌の少なくとも10μm2の画像を撮影し、前記CPUが、前記画像を解析して、個別の画素又は画素群に対する、1つ以上の局所的L値を計算し、次に前記CPUが、前記局所的L値を所定の背景L値と比較して、該背景L値と前記局所的L値との差が所定のΔLS値よりも大きい肌の異常を特定する、装置。 - 前記センサが、1秒につき少なくとも4フレーム、好ましくは100フレーム超、更により好ましくは200フレーム超、更により好ましくは600フレーム超の速度で連続的な画像を撮影可能なカメラである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記背景L値は、前記装置のユーザーによりあらかじめ選択されるか、トリートメントサイクル中に撮影された1つ以上の前記肌の画像から計算されるか、又は撮影された各々の画像に対して撮影された各々の画像内の画素から計算される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記アプリケータが、サーマルインクジェットプリンターカートリッジを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記トリートメント組成物が粒子を含み、25℃及び気圧1atmで、0.03mm/日未満の粒子沈降速度を有し、かつ、25℃及び1000Hzで、約0.1〜約1000Paの弾性率を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記トリートメント組成物が、約1.1〜約5.0の屈折率を有する粒子を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のΔLS値が、前記背景L値の±1.5%、好ましくは±1.0%、更により好ましくは±0.5%である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記肌のトリートメントを施す際の前記トリートメント組成物のコントラスト比が、少なくとも0.1であり、かつ前記トリートメント組成物が、前記背景L値よりも、少なくとも1.5%、好ましくは少なくとも1.0%、更により好ましくは少なくとも0.5%大きい明るさ値を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各々の画像は、グレースケールで撮影されるか、又はグレースケールに変換されるかのいずれかである、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記グレースケールが、約0〜255単位の範囲を有する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のΔLS値が、3より大きい、好ましくは2より大きい、より好ましくは1より大きい、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記トリートメント組成物が、前記肌の異常を特定した後で前記肌の異常に対して塗布される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記トリートメント組成物が、サイズが約0.1〜約50μmの別々の液滴による不連続な付着パターンで、前記肌の異常に対して塗布される、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
