ノッチが、V字形状、U字形状、及び台形のうちの少なくとも1つである、段落A1からA8のいずれかに記載の接合部。
前記ノッチが、第4の外板に対して平行な平行面と、第3の外板に対してノッチ面角で配置される、角度のついた面とを備える、段落A1からA9のいずれかに記載の接合部。
前記ノッチ面角が鈍角である、段落A10に記載の接合部。
第1のパネルのラベットのリップが、ノッチの中に位置付けされる、段落A8からA11のいずれかに記載の接合部。
第1のパネルのラベットのリップが、第2のパネルのノッチの角度のついた面に隣接する、段落A10からA12のいずれかに記載の接合部。
垂直壁と第1の外板の交線が、第2のパネルのノッチの平行面に隣接する、段落A10からA13のいずれかに記載の接合部。
第1のパネルのラベットのリップに沿った第2の外板の係合部が、係合部が第2のパネルのノッチの角度のついた面に接触するように、第2のパネルのノッチの中に挿入される、段落A10からA14のいずれかに記載の接合部。

第1のパネルと第2のパネルの間で接合部を形成する方法であって、第1のパネルが、第1の厚さを有する第1のハニカムコアを有し、第1のハニカムコアが、第1の外板と第2の外板の間に挟まれており、且つ第2のパネルが、第2の厚さを有する第2のハニカムコアを有し、第2のハニカムコアが、第3の外板と第4の外板の間に挟まれており、前記方法が、
第1のパネルの第1の長手方向端部に沿って第1のハニカムコア及び第1の外板の第1の部分を取り除くことによって、第1のパネルの第1の長手方向端部に沿ってラベットを作り出すことと、
第2のパネルの第2の長手方向端部に沿って第2のハニカムコア及び第3の外板の第2の部分を取り除くことによって、第2のパネルの第2の長手方向端部に沿ってノッチを作り出すことであって、ノッチが、第3の外板及び第4の外板に対して平行な平行面と、角度のついた面とを含み、角度のついた面が第3の外板に対して鋭角を形成する、作り出すことと、
第1のパネルと第2のパネルの間に接合部を形成するためにラベットの少なくとも一部をノッチの中に挿入することと
を含む方法。
ラベットを作り出すことが、第1のハニカムコア及び第1の外板を切削、フライス加工、機械加工、及び削り加工することのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、段落D1に記載の方法。
ノッチを作り出すことが、第2のハニカムコア及び第3の外板を切削、フライス加工、機械加工、及び削り加工することのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、段落D1又はD2に記載の方法。
第1の長手方向端部に沿って接着剤を付けることをさらに含む、段落D1からD3のいずれかに記載の方法。
第2の長手方向端部に沿って接着剤を付けることをさらに含む、段落D1からD4のいずれかに記載の方法。
ラベットを作り出すことが、第1のハニカムコアによって形成された垂直壁から延在するリップを有するラベットを作り出すことを含み、垂直壁が、第1の外板及び第2の外板に対して垂直であり、リップが、第2の外板及び第1のハニカムコアの一部から形成される、段落D1からD5のいずれかに記載の方法。
ラベットの少なくとも一部をノッチの中に挿入することが、リップの少なくとも一部をノッチの中に挿入することを含む、段落D6に記載の方法。
ラベットの少なくとも一部をノッチの中に挿入することが、第2の外板の一部がノッチの角度のついた面に接触するように、リップをノッチの中に挿入することを含む、段落D6又はD7に記載の方法。
ラベットの少なくとも一部をノッチの中に挿入することが、垂直壁と第1の外板の交線がノッチの平行面に接触するように、ラベットを挿入することを含む、段落D6からD8のいずれかに記載の方法。
第1の長手方向端部及び第2の長手方向端部のうちの少なくとも1つに沿って接着剤を付けることと、
第1のパネルのラベットを第2のパネルのノッチの中に押圧することと、
接合部から過剰な接着剤を取り除くことと
をさらに含む、段落D1からD9のいずれかに記載の方法。
Claims (20)
- 接合部であって、
第1の厚さを有する第1のハニカムコアを有する第1のパネルであって、前記第1のハニカムコアが、第1の外板と第2の外板の間に挟まれており、前記第1のパネルの第1の長手方向端部が、前記第1の長手方向端部の長さ全体の大部分に沿って形成されるラベットを有する、第1のパネルと、
第2の厚さを有する第2のハニカムコアを有する第2のパネルであって、前記第2のハニカムコアが、第3の外板と第4の外板の間に挟まれており、前記第2のパネルの第2の長手方向端部が、前記第2の長手方向端部の長さ全体の大部分に沿って形成されるノッチを有し、前記接合部を形成するために前記第1の長手方向端部及び前記第2の長手方向端部が位置合わせされるように、前記ラベットの少なくとも一部が前記ノッチの中に位置付けされる、第2のパネルと
前記第1の長手方向端部及び前記第2の長手方向端部のうちの少なくとも1つに付けられる接着剤と
を含む接合部。 - 前記第1のパネルの前記第2の外板及び前記第2のパネルの前記第3の外板が、互いに対して関節角で配向され、前記関節角が、非平行及び非垂直である、請求項1に記載の接合部。
- 前記関節角が鈍角である、請求項2に記載の接合部。
- 前記接着剤が、前記ラベットと前記ノッチの間で形成される空間の中に実質的に入れられる、請求項1に記載の接合部。
- 前記ラベットが、前記第1のハニカムコア内に切り込まれた壁によって画定され、前記壁が前記第1の外板から出ており、前記壁が前記第1の外板に対して垂直であり、且つ前記壁が、前記第1のハニカムコアの前記第1の厚さの第1の部分を通して、前記第1の外板から延在する、請求項1に記載の接合部。
- 前記ラベットが、前記壁から垂直に延在するリップを含み、前記リップが、前記第2の外板及び前記第1のハニカムコアの前記第1の厚さの第2の部分によって形成され、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分よりも少ない、請求項5に記載の接合部。
- 前記ノッチがV字形状である、請求項6に記載の接合部。
- 前記ノッチが、前記第4の外板に対して平行な平行面と、前記第3の外板に対してノッチ面角で配置される、角度のついた面とを備え、前記ノッチ面角が鋭角である、請求項6に記載の接合部。
- 前記第1のパネルの前記ラベットの前記リップが、前記第2のパネルの前記ノッチの中に位置付けされる、請求項8に記載の接合部。
- 前記第1のパネルの前記ラベットの前記リップが、前記第2のパネルの前記ノッチの前記角度のついた面に隣接する、請求項9に記載の接合部。
- 前記壁と前記第1の外板の交線が、前記ノッチの前記平行面に隣接する、請求項10に記載の接合部。
- 前記第1のパネルの前記ラベットの前記リップに沿った前記第2の外板の係合部が、前記係合部が前記第2のパネルの前記ノッチの前記角度のついた面に接触するように、前記第2のパネルの前記ノッチの中に挿入される、請求項11に記載の接合部。
- 前記ノッチが、前記平行面を前記角度のついた面に接続する第3のノッチ面をさらに備えており、前記角度のついた面が前記第3の外板から出ていて、且つ前記平行面が前記第4の外板から出ている、請求項12に記載の接合部。
- 前記第1のパネルが平面パネルであり、前記第2のパネルが湾曲パネルである、請求項13に記載の接合部。
- 第1のパネルと第2のパネルの間で接合部を形成する方法であって、前記第1のパネルが、第1の厚さを有する第1のハニカムコアを有し、前記第1のハニカムコアが、第1の外板と第2の外板の間に挟まれており、且つ前記第2のパネルが、第2の厚さを有する第2のハニカムコアを有し、前記第2のハニカムコアが、第3の外板と第4の外板の間に挟まれており、前記方法が、
前記第1のパネルの第1の長手方向端部に沿って前記第1のハニカムコア及び前記第1の外板の第1の部分を取り除くことによって、前記第1のパネルの前記第1の長手方向端部に沿ってラベットを作り出すことと、
前記第2のパネルの第2の長手方向端部に沿って前記第2のハニカムコア及び前記第3の外板の第2の部分を取り除くことによって、前記第2のパネルの前記第2の長手方向端部に沿ってノッチを作り出すことであって、前記ノッチが、前記第3の外板及び前記第4の外板に対して平行な平行面と、角度のついた面とを含み、前記角度のついた面が前記第3の外板に対して鋭角を形成する、作り出すことと、
前記第1のパネルと前記第2のパネルの間に前記接合部を形成するために前記ラベットの少なくとも一部を前記ノッチの中に挿入することと
を含む方法。 - 前記ラベットを作り出すことが、前記第1のハニカムコア及び前記第1の外板を切削、フライス加工、機械加工、及び削り加工することのうちの1つ又は複数を含み、前記ノッチを作り出すことが、前記第2のハニカムコア及び前記第3の外板を切削、フライス加工、機械加工、及び削り加工することのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の長手方向端部及び前記第2の長手方向端部のうちの1つ又は複数に沿って接着剤を付けることをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ラベットを作り出すことが、前記第1のハニカムコアによって形成された壁から延在するリップを有するラベットを作り出すことを含み、前記壁が、前記第1の外板及び前記第2の外板に対して垂直であり、前記リップが、前記第2の外板及び前記第1のハニカムコアの一部から形成されており、前記ラベットの少なくとも一部を前記ノッチの中に挿入することが、前記第2の外板の一部が前記ノッチの前記角度のついた面に接触するように、前記リップを前記ノッチの中に挿入することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の長手方向端部及び前記第2の長手方向端部のうちの少なくとも1つに沿って接着剤を付けることと、
前記第1のパネルの前記ラベットを前記第2のパネルの前記ノッチの中に押圧することと、
前記接合部から過剰な接着剤を取り除くことと
をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のパネルが平面パネルであり、前記第2のパネルが湾曲パネルである、請求項19に記載の方法。
