Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 組成物であって、
組成物の0.5乾燥重量%〜75乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在する1種または複数のセメント系結合材料と、
組成物の0.01乾燥重量%〜4.00乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在するアタパルジャイト、
組成物の0.1重量%〜6重量%の範囲の量で存在するセピオライト、および
組成物の0.05重量%〜5重量%の範囲の量で存在するパリゴルスカイト
から選択される少なくとも1つのメンバーと
を含む。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記組成物はW/C0.2〜0.7の範囲の量の水を含み、Wは水の質量であり、Cは1種または複数のセメント系結合材料の乾燥質量である。
- 請求項2に記載の組成物であって、前記W/C量は0.35〜0.60の範囲である。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、コンクリート、セメントペースト、およびモルタルから選択される形態である。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記アタパルジャイトは、組成物の0.02重量%〜0.7重量%の範囲の量で存在する。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記アタパルジャイトは、組成物の0.03重量%〜0.15重量%の範囲の量で存在する。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記アタパルジャイトは精製アタパルジャイトである。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記少なくとも1つのメンバーは精製アタパルジャイトであり、組成物の0.01乾燥重量%〜4.00乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在する。
- 請求項5に記載の組成物であって、前記1種または複数のセメント系結合材料は組成物の0.5重量%〜75重量%の範囲の量で存在する。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記1種または複数のセメント系結合材料はポルトランドセメントおよび石灰から選択される。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、乾燥コンポーネントの10重量%〜80重量%の範囲の量で存在する1種または複数の骨材をさらに含む。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、セメント系材料の0.02重量%〜4重量%の範囲の量で存在する1種または複数の添加剤をさらに含む。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記1種または複数のセメント系結合材料は1種または複数の補助セメント系材料をさらに含む。
- 組成物の作製法であって、
(a)1種または複数のセメント系材料と
(b)アタパルジャイト、セピオライト、およびパリゴルスカイトから選択される少なくとも1つのメンバーと
を混合して、生成組成物を形成するステップを含み、
前記(a)前記1種または複数のセメント系結合材料は組成物の0.5乾燥重量%〜75乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在し、
前記(b)としてアタパルジャイトを選択する場合、アタパルジャイトは組成物の0.01乾燥重量%〜4.00乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在し、セピオライトを選択する場合、セピオライトは組成物の0.1重量%〜6重量%の範囲の量で存在し、パリゴルスカイトを選択する場合、パリゴルスカイトは組成物の0.05重量%〜5重量%の範囲の量で存在する。 - 請求項14に記載の組成物の作製法であって、W/C0.2〜0.7の範囲の量の水を混合するステップをさらに含み、Wは水の質量であり、Cは1種または複数のセメント系結合材料の乾燥質量である。
- 請求項14に記載の組成物の作製法であって、前記組成物は凝結剤を含まない。
- 組成物の作製法であって、
(1)
(a)1種または複数のセメント系材料、
(b)アタパルジャイト、および
(c)W/C0.2〜0.7の範囲の量の水であって、Wは水の質量であり、Cは1種または複数のセメント系結合材料の乾燥質量である、水
を混合して、生成組成物を形成するステップと、
(2)ショットクリート法で生成組成物に吹き付けて構造体を形成するステップと
を含み、
前記(a)1種または複数のセメント系結合材料は組成物の0.5乾燥重量%〜75乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在し、
前記(b)アタパルジャイトは組成物の0.01乾燥重量%〜1.00乾燥重量%の範囲の量で存在する。 - 請求項17に記載の組成物の作製法であって、前記ショットクリート法は湿潤ミックスショットクリート法である。
- 請求項17に記載の組成物の作製法であって、前記ショットクリート法は乾燥ミックスショットクリート法である。
- 請求項17に記載の組成物の作製法であって、垂直面上に10インチ以上のショットクリートを蓄積するステップをさらに含む。
