Claims (10)
- 人工単尖弁(1)であって、
生体適合性材料から作製されたフラップ(2)と、
生体適合性材料または生体吸収性材料から作製されたステント(3)とを備え、
前記ステント(3)が、任意の閉曲線または多角形の形状の目(3”)を有するメッシュ(3’)を備えること、および
前記フラップ(2)が、自体の対向面に長軸方向に並んだ縫合点の対(6)によって前記ステント(3)に縫合されていることを特徴とする人工単尖弁(1)。 - 前記ステント(3)のメッシュ(3’)の断面が、任意の閉曲線または多角形であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記ステント(3)のメッシュ(3’)の目(3”)の形状が平行四辺形であり、前記メッシュ(3’)の断面が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記ステント(3)のメッシュ(3’)の目(3”)の形状が楕円形であり、前記メッシュ(3’)の断面が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記ステント(3)のメッシュ(3’)の目(3”)の形状が平行四辺形であり、前記メッシュ(3’)の断面が長方形であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記フラップ(2)が、ウシ心膜、ヒツジ心膜またはブタ心膜から作製されたものであり、前記ステント(3)がニチノールから作製されたものことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記フラップ(2)が、ウシ心膜、ヒツジ心膜またはブタ心膜から作製されたものであり、前記ステント(3)が生体再吸収性材料から作製されたものであり、該生体再吸収性材料が、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリグリコール酸(PGA)またはポリジオキサノン(PDS)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記目(3”)の平均直径が3mm〜5mmであり、前記弁(1)の長さが1.5cm〜2.5cmであり、該弁の最大曲率半径が3mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 前記目(3”)の平均直径が4mmであり、前記弁(1)の長さが2cmであり、該弁の最大曲率半径が5.5mmであることを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
- 下肢に逆流を生じる疾患の治療方法において使用するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の人工単尖弁(1)。
