Claims (10)
- 補強コンクリートのための補強材であって、
螺旋ロッドを含み、前記螺旋ロッドのピッチが、前記螺旋ロッドを内接する円筒の直径の1倍と10倍の間であり、
前記ロッドの平断面が、前記ロッドの中心軸周囲の中心部分と、前記中心部分に連結される少なくとも2つの花弁部であって、ギャップを介して互いに分離される少なくとも2つの花弁部とを有し、
前記ロッドの中心軸周囲の少なくとも2つの異なる同心円において、小さい円に対する花弁部の断面の角度の合計が、大きい円に対する花弁部の断面の角度の合計と同じか、またはそれ未満であり、
前記中心部分の断面積は、前記花弁部のうち少なくとも1つの断面積より小さく、
前記ロッドの少なくとも1つのギャップのうち、少なくとも1つのギャップを向く花弁部表面が、少なくとも1つのギャップを向くリブを有し、
前記少なくとも1つのギャップの半径方向の最大深さは、前記少なくとも1つのギャップを向くリブの、前記ギャップを向く花弁部表面からの最大高さより大きく、
前記ロッドの少なくとも1つの花弁部により形成された全体の外表面が、滑らかな螺旋状の連続的なリボンの形状であることを特徴とする補強材。 - 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記花弁部の断面が実質的に三角形であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項2に記載の補強材において、前記花弁部がその頂点において前記中心部分に連結されていることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記花弁部の中心部分から離れている端部が円形であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記ピッチが一定であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記ピッチが可変であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記リブの高さは0.5mmと1.0mmの間であり、前記リブの間隔は5mmと15mmの間であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記バーが金属製であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記バーが溶接可能であることを特徴とする補強材。
- 請求項1に記載の補強材において、前記中心部分がリブを有することを特徴とする補強材。
