Abstract
Description
統計によると、消耗される微細電流によって年間数千億ウォンの電力損失が発生すると知られている。
一般的に、マルチタップ(multi tap)に電流の供給を遮断することができるようにオン(on)、オフ(off)のスィッチが設置されもする。
また、電力を効率的に制御する方案のうち、スマートグリッドが話題になっている。
しかし、別途通信手段の必要に伴う通信保安問題が重要イシューになっていおち、需用家側での受信装備の価格や通信料金の問題点がある。
本発明に係る世帯分電盤は、制御機が、変電所と電力線通信を利用して第1遮断器を動作させて電力を遮断することを特徴とすることができる。
本発明に係る世帯分電盤は、制御機が、端末機と電力線通信を利用して上記第1遮断器を動作させて電力を遮断することを特徴とすることができる。
本発明に係る世帯分電盤は、制御機が、電力線通信が可能なアプリケーションが備えられた端末機と電力線通信を行うことを特徴とすることができる。
本発明に係る世帯分電盤は、第1遮断器が強制遮断用であり、第2遮断器は常時電源遮断用であることを特徴とすることができる。
本発明において、強制電力遮断システムは、制御機が、変電所と電力線通信を利用して第1遮断器を動作させて電力を遮断することを特徴とする。
以下、添付された図面を参照して本発明をより詳細に説明することにする。
図1は本発明の実施例に係る強制電力遮断システムを示す図面であり、図2は図1の世帯分電盤の構造を示した図面である。
変圧器30は配電用変圧器をいい、電柱に設置して高圧から低圧に降圧をし、降圧した電力を需用家50に提供する。
需用家50は、自身が使用する目的で電気を購入する顧客であり、家庭、産業体、医療施設等の電気の供給を受ける主体であり、これに限らない。
世帯分電盤100は、変圧器30から需用家50に入ってくる引込線90を分岐して電力を制御し、変電所又は端末機と電力線通信を介して電力を遮断する。
本発明に係る遮断器110、120は、第1遮断器110は強制遮断用であり、第2遮断器120は常時電源用遮断器に用途が区別される。
電力線通信が可能な世帯分電盤110を利用して、強制電力遮断システムは下記のように実施されることができる。
一例として、まず変電所10から送電された電力は、変圧器30を介して降圧され需用家50に供給される。
また他の例として、まず変電所10から送電された電力は、変圧器30を介して降圧され需用家50に供給される。

変圧器から需用家の上記分電盤ケースに入ってくる2本の引込線、
上記分電盤ケースに設置され、上記引込線のうち第1引込線を2本に分岐して形成された2本の線路と第2引込線からなった3本の主線路、
上記分電盤ケースに設置され、上記主線路のうち第2引込線を2本に分岐して形成された2本の副線路、
上記分電盤ケースに設置され、上記主線路のうち第1主線路と上記副線路のうち第1副線路に連結され、上記第1主線路及び上記第1副線路を介する電力供給を開閉する第1遮断器、
上記分電盤ケースに設置され、上記主線路のうち第2主線路と上記副線路のうち第2副線路に連結され、上記第2主線路及び上記第2副線路を介する電力供給を開閉する第2遮断器、及び、
