Claims (14)
- 流体媒体を予熱するための予熱システム(100)であって、
熱回収蒸気発生器(HRSG)(200)の低圧エコノマイザ(LPE)(210)であって、入口(210a)および出口(210b)を備えるLPEと、
前記低圧エコノマイザ(LPE)(210)に前記流体媒体を供給する供給ライン(110)であって、前記LPE(210)の前記入口(210a)に接合されている供給ライン(110)と、
前記LPE(210)の前記出口(210b)および前記入口(210a)の間に接続され、前記LPE(210)の前記出口(210b)から前記入口(210a)へ前記流体媒体を再循環するように配置された、再循環ライン(120)と、
蒸発器(220)内の蒸気の動作圧力を増加させて、熱を前記LPE(210)または前記供給ライン(110)に移行させ、前記流体媒体の入熱量を増加させるように構成された、熱移行構成(180)とを備える、予熱システム(100)。 - 前記再循環ライン(120)に構成され、前記再循環ライン(120)を通して前記流体媒体の再循環を可能にする制御装置(130)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記制御装置(130)が、制御弁(132)または可変速ポンプ(134)の少なくとも1つを備える、請求項2に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記流体媒体が、最低設定温度以上に維持される、請求項1に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 供給ライン(110)および再循環ライン(120)に構成された温度制御回路(140)をさらに備え、信号を送信して、LPE(210)に流入する前記流体媒体の前記最低設定温度を維持するために、前記LPE(210)の入口(210a)の前記流体媒体の温度に基づいて、前記流体媒体の再循環を作動および非作動にする、請求項4に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記流体媒体が、前記HRSG(200)によって必要とされるような温度、すなわち所要最低温度に維持される、請求項1に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 供給ライン(110)および再循環ライン(120)に構成された温度制御回路(140)をさらに備え、信号を送信して、前記所要最低温度を維持するために、LPE(210)の入口(210a)の前記流体媒体の前記所要最低温度に基づいて、前記流体媒体の再循環を作動および非作動にする、請求項6に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記温度制御回路(140)および前記HRSG(200)に構成された測定要素(150)回路をさらに備え、
前記HRSG(200)のパラメータに基づいて、前記流体媒体が前記HRSG(200)内で再循環するために維持する必要がある所要最低温度の算出を可能にし、
前記温度制御回路(140)が信号を送信し、算出された前記所要最低温度に基づいて前記流体媒体の再循環を作動および非作動にし、前記再循環ライン(120)から前記流体媒体の再循環を可能にする、請求項7に記載の予熱システム(100)。 - 前記測定要素(150)は、連続排出監視システム(CEMS)である、請求項8に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記供給ライン(110)から前記LPE(210)の前記出口(210b)まで延出する制御弁要素(172)を具備する、バイパスライン(170)をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 前記制御弁要素(172)は、3方(3−way)または2方(2−way)の遮断弁の1つである、請求項10に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 信号を送信するように構成され、前記流体媒体の温度に基づいて動作圧力を増減する、温度制御回路(140)をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の予熱システム(100)。
- 流体媒体を予熱するための予熱システム(100)を動作させる方法であって、前記予熱システム(100)は、熱回収蒸気発生器(HRSG)(200)に低圧エコノマイザ(LPE)(210)を備え、前記LPE(210)は、入口(210a)および出口(210b)を備え、前記方法は、
供給ライン(110)を通して、前記LPE(210)の前記入口(210a)に前記流体媒体を供給し、前記LPE(210)を通して、前記LPE(210)の前記出口(210b)に前記流体媒体を供給するステップと、
前記LPE(210)の前記出口(210b)から前記入口(210a)に、前記流体媒体を再循環させるステップと、
蒸発器(220)内の蒸気の動作圧力を増加させて、熱を前記LPE(210)または前記供給ライン(110)に移行させ、前記流体媒体の入熱量を増加させるステップとを備える方法。 - 信号を送信して、前記流体媒体の温度に基づいて前記動作圧力を増減させるステップを備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
