Abstract
Description
1.構成成分A及びBを個別に混合する。
2.A及びBを水浴中で80℃まで加熱する。
3.発泡剤をAに添加する。
4.高速混合する。
5.混合中にBを添加する。
6.シリンジを用いて触媒を添加し、30秒間混合する。
1.CHDAは、1,3−及び1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシアルデヒドの混合物である。
2.ポリカルバメートは、平均分子量600及び平均OH基数378mg KOH/gのペンタエリトリトール−開始鎖−拡張剤&架橋剤(Arch Chemical PolyG 540−378)であり、このPolyGポリオールの60mol%のヒドロキシル基がカルバメート官能基に変換されたものである(1.5:1のカルバメート:ヒドロキシル)。
3.発泡剤は、HFC245Aである。
4.PHT4ジオールは、Great Lakes Solutions難燃剤CAS 77098−07−8である。
5.TEPは、トリエチルリン酸塩試薬(本明細書では難燃剤として使用)である。
6.シリコーン界面活性剤は、Niax L5340(Momentive Performance Material)である。
密度132kg/m3
圧縮強度28kPa
開放気泡51%
約0.2gの長方形のポリマー片を各試料から切り取った。その後、これらのポリマー片を各々秤量し、重量を記録した。その後、これらのポリマー片の各々を、25mLの1M水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(40gの水酸化ナトリウム固体を脱イオン水中に溶解して1Lに希釈することによりバルク溶液を事前に作製した)を含有するガラス瓶内に入れた。その後、これらの瓶を50℃に設定された水浴軌道振盪器上に固定し、125r.p.m.で72時間振盪した。溶液の上清を瓶から緩徐に移し、試料を除去し、それらを脱イオン水で完全にすすぐことにより、72時間後にこれらの試料を収集した。その後、各片をプラスチック秤量ボート上に置き、50℃に設定されたオーブンに入れ、一晩乾燥させた。乾燥させた後、これらの試料を再度秤量し、重量を記録した。インキュベーションプロセス前の重量とインキュベーションプロセス後の重量を比較することにより、重量変化を計算した。

Claims (10)
- アルデヒド反応性官能基を有するポリマーとポリアルデヒドとの反応生成物である生分解性架橋ポリマーであって、前記アルデヒド反応性官能基を有するポリマーが生分解性構造体を含むか、または前記ポリアルデヒドが生分解性構造体を含む、前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記生分解性構造体が、ポリグリコール酸ポリオール、ポリ乳酸ポリオール、ポリ(乳酸−co−グリコール酸)、ポリ(グリコリド−co−トリメチレンカーボネート)ポリオール、ポリヒドロキシブチレートポリオール、ポリ(エチレングリコール)、エチレングリコールセグメントを有する脂肪族ポリエステルポリオール、ポリビニルアルコール及びそのコポリマー、ビニルピロリドンコポリマー、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マンニトール、マルチトール、ポリメタクリル酸、ならびにポリアクリル酸からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記アルデヒド反応性基が、カルバメート、アミン、アミド、尿素、及びアルコールからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドが、5〜15個の炭素原子及び2〜4個のアルデヒド基を有する、請求項3に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記アルデヒド反応性官能基を有するポリマーが、前記ポリマー中の生分解性構造体及び非生分解性構造体の全重量に基づいて、25〜100wt%の生分解性構造体を含む、請求項4に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記アルデヒド反応性基がカルバメートを含む、請求項5に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドが、C6〜C10脂環式または芳香族ジアルデヒドである、請求項6に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記アルデヒド反応性官能基を有するポリマーが、アルデヒド反応性官能基当たり100〜1,000の平均当量を有する、請求項7に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 前記アルデヒド反応性官能基を有するポリマーが、前記ポリマー中の生分解性構造体及び非生分解性構造体の全重量に基づいて、50〜100wt%の生分解性構造体を含む、請求項8に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
- 硬質発泡体の形態である、請求項1に記載の前記生分解性架橋ポリマー。
