Claims (15)
- バッテリユニットのセル型の電気要素を接続するためのコネクタ(1,101)であって、
カバー状のキャリア要素(2,102)および被覆要素(40)を備え、
少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(4,104)が前記キャリア要素(2,102)内に配置され、
コネクタ要素(34,134)が前記キャリア要素(2,102)の前記縁領域に設けられ、
前記コンタクト要素(4,104)を前記コネクタ要素(34,134)と接触させるための膜導体(10,110)が、前記キャリア要素内に配置され、
前記キャリア要素(2,102)は溶接開口(7,107)を有し、
前記被覆要素(40,140)は、前記キャリア要素(2,102)の前記溶接開口(7,107)が前記被覆要素によって被覆されることができるように構成されるコネクタ(1,101)。 - 前記被覆要素(40,140)は膜を備える請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記被覆要素(40,140)は接着剤でコーティングされている請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記被覆要素(40,140)は自己修復膜を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記被覆要素(40,140)は、前記コンタクト要素(4,104)に背く側が、前記キャリア要素(2,102)に接合されることができる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト要素(4,104)および前記膜導体(110)は、前記キャリア要素(2,102)内に保持される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記膜導体(10,110)は、保持要素(3,103)に一体化される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記保持要素(3,103)は、複数の電気的な膜導体(10,110)を有し、
前記複数の電気的な膜導体(10,110)は、夫々、一方の側がコンタクト要素(4,104)に接触し、他方の側が前記コネクタ要素(34,134)のコンタクトに接触する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記保持要素(3,103)は、互いに平行に延在する複数の電気的な導体(10,110)を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト要素(4,104)は板状である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト要素(4,104)は凸部(16,116)を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト要素(4,104)は、スロット(117)によって互いに分離されている、隣接するセル(20)と接触するための2つの領域(118,119)を有する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記凸部(16)は、膜導体(10,110)と接触するための前記保持要素(3,103)の導体領域に突出する請求項11に記載のコネクタ(1)。
- バッテリユニット(222)上に請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ(1,101)を設置するための方法であって、
a)前記コンタクト要素(4,104)を有する側をバッテリユニットに対向させて、前記バッテリユニット上に前記カバー状のキャリア要素(2,102)を載置するステップと、
b)前記キャリア要素(2,102)の前記溶接開口(7,107)からセル型の電気要素(20,120)の前記コンタクト位置に前記コンタクト要素(4,104)を溶接するステップと、
c)前記キャリア要素(2,102)の前記溶接開口(7,107)を前記被覆要素(40,140)で被覆するステップを有する方法。 - 前記被覆要素(40,140)は前記キャリア要素(2,102)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
