Abstract
Description
3つの複合フィルム及び対照の積層体を調製し、それらの機械特性及び吸音特性を試験した。各複合フィルムサンプルは、約288μm(11.3ミル)の合計の厚さと、7層構造(シール層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/発泡層/発泡層/発泡層)とを有していた。各発泡層は、吸音特性のためのビニル結合リッチなSEPSブロック共重合体(Hybrar(登録商標)7125)を含んでいた。いくつかの公知のオストミーパウチで現在使用されている対照の積層体は、約288μm(11.3ミル)の合計の厚さを有し、PE不織布層と、接着層と、多層バリアフィルムとを含んでいた。
Claims (22)
- 外側の発泡層とガスバリア層とを含む多層フィルムであって、
約14MPa(2ksi)から約276MPa(40ksi)の弾性率を有する多層フィルム。 - 少なくとも1つの束縛層と少なくとも1つの内側層とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- シール層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/内側層/外側の発泡層の構造を有する6層フィルムである、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記内側層は発泡層である、請求項3に記載の多層フィルム。
- シール層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/内側層/内側層/外側の発泡層の構造を有する7層フィルムである、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記内側層の少なくとも1つは発泡層である、請求項5に記載の多層フィルム。
- シール層/内側層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/内側層/外側の発泡層の構造を有する7層フィルムである、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記内側層の少なくとも1つは発泡層である、請求項7に記載の多層フィルム。
- シール層/内側層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/外側の発泡層の構造を有する6層フィルムである、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記内側層は発泡層である、請求項9に記載の多層フィルム。
- シール層/束縛層/バリア層/束縛層/外側の発泡層の構造を有する5層フィルムである、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記外側の発泡層は、
エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、エチレン−アクリル酸メチル(EMA)、エチレン−アルファオレフィン共重合体、エチレンベースのエラストマー、エチレン−プロピレン(EP)共重合体、又はこれらの混合物から選択された重合体と、
発泡剤と
から形成されている、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。 - 前記ガスバリア層は、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ビニリデン共重合体、ポリアミド、又はエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体から選択された重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記ガスバリア層は、非晶質ポリアミドと、官能基修飾したゴム配合物又は化合物とを含む重合体混合物から形成されている、請求項13に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記外側の発泡層と、前記内側層と、前記束縛層と、前記バリア層とのうちの少なくとも1つはビニル結合リッチなトリブロック共重合体を含む、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 約100μmから約500μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 少なくとも1つの発泡層と、ガスバリア層と、少なくとも1つの束縛層とを備えた多層フィルムであって、
前記束縛層は、少なくとも1つのビニル結合リッチなトリブロック共重合体を含む重合体混合物から形成されている多層フィルム。 - 前記重合体混合物は、約50質量%から約99質量%の少なくとも1つのビニル結合リッチなトリブロック共重合体を含む、請求項17に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記重合体混合物は、ビニル結合リッチなSISブロック共重合体及びビニル結合リッチなSEPSブロック共重合体を含む、請求項18に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記重合体混合物は、
約25質量%から約60質量%のビニル結合リッチなSISブロック共重合体と、
約25質量%から約60質量%のビニル結合リッチなSEPSブロック共重合体と、
約1質量%から約40質量%のマレイン酸化LLDPEと、
約0質量%から約5質量%の抗酸化剤マスターバッチと
を含む、請求項19に記載の多層フィルム。 - 発泡層/内側層/束縛層/ガスバリア層/束縛層/内側層/シール層の構造を有する7層フィルムである、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第1の壁及び第2の壁を備えるオストミーパウチであって、
前記第1の壁と前記第2の壁とは、それらの周縁に沿ってシールされてキャビティを画定し、前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁の少なくとも一方は、請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルムから形成されているオストミーパウチ。
