Claims (25)
- 挿入拡張部を備える子宮挿入部であって、前記挿入拡張部は少なくとも1つのセンサを備える子宮挿入部と、
前記挿入部と係合可能な展開モジュールであって、前記モジュールを前記挿入部と係合すると前記挿入拡張部を折り曲げることができるように構成された展開モジュールと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサから信号を連続的に受信し、前記信号を表すデータに前記信号を変換するように操作可能に結合されたシステム制御装置と、
前記システム制御装置から前記データを表示するように操作可能に結合された表示装置とを備える、監視システム。 - 前記子宮挿入部は挿入部本体をさらに備え、
前記挿入部本体は可撓性の係合手段を備え、前記挿入部本体は前記子宮挿入部に結合可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記係合手段は、湾曲し刻み目を付けたフィン、膨張可能な要素およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は長手軸を有し、前記フィンは前記挿入拡張部から離れて前記軸に対して斜めに向く、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィンは格納可能である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張可能な要素はそれぞれ非対称の穴を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 子宮組織の視覚監視ができるように構成された、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記監視は、腺数および数密度、サイズおよび分布、血管密度、血管分布、血管酸素飽和度および総酸素濃度からなる群の少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、カメラ、温度計、pH感知電極、生体電気インピーダンスセンサおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は顕微鏡を備え、前記顕微鏡は前記カメラを備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラを照射するように構成された照射構成要素をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は、前記挿入部が前記モジュールから係脱されると閉じるように構成されたシャッターをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は、前記少なくとも1つのセンサに電気的に結合された電源ユニットをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は、上昇する汚染を防止できる少なくとも1つの抗菌組成物を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入部は、延長された期間に亘って子宮内に位置付けられるように設計される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入拡張部は、前記モジュールが前記挿入部と係合されると前記モジュールを利用して少なくとも1つのドローストリングを引き寄せることができ、それによって前記挿入拡張部を折り曲げるように、前記モジュールに結合可能な前記少なくとも1つのドローストリングをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入拡張部から沈着孔を通って前記挿入拡張部に沿っておよび/または前記挿入拡張部の先端におけるノズルから物質の沈着ができるように構成された、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入拡張部は、前記挿入拡張部全体を通って前記孔および/または前記ノズルに繋がる一次供給チャネルを備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- ポンプに電気的に結合された電源ユニットをさらに備え、前記ポンプは前記一次供給チャネルに連結される、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラの少なくとも1つのレンズを洗浄できるように構成された、少なくとも1つのノズルをさらに備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラは遠隔制御によって可動である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラは子宮の壁を明瞭に見ることができるように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入拡張部は、以下の行為、すなわち、
前記子宮挿入部と前記システム制御装置との間に有線通信される、
前記挿入拡張部を引き抜く助けとなる、
前記挿入拡張部が設置された膣の外側に排膿する助けとなることの少なくとも1つを実行できるように構成されたコードをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 以下の出力、すなわち画像取得パラメータ、電流、抗体沈着、蛍光色素沈着、ホルモン沈着、医薬組成物の沈着、および消毒剤の沈着の1つまたは複数は、前記システム制御装置から前記子宮挿入部に送信可能であり、以下の入力、すなわち静止画および/または動画、インピーダンス信号、粘膜酸性を反射する信号、粘膜組成物を表す信号、蛍光性測定信号、および温度測定値の1つまたは複数は、前記子宮挿入部から前記システム制御装置に送信可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力および前記入力は無線である、請求項24に記載のシステム。
