Abstract
Description
同時に積層組立品の有効で適切な弾性特性が得られ、積層組立品の薄くて(柔軟な)多数のプレートと共に、互いに少なくとも一部が移動可能であることにより、非励磁の間、前記要素の有効で力強く速い復帰動作(バルブの閉鎖又は開放)が得られる。
また、積層組立品は、バルブの空間に配置することができるので、優れた減衰特性を有する。
Claims (19)
- 励磁電流が通電されるコイル(5)によって囲まれた磁性材料のコア(3)と、
前記コイル(5)に通電される励磁電流に応じて前記バルブを開放又は閉鎖するために、空間内に配置される磁性材料のバルブワッシャ(9)と、
をハウジング(2)内に備え、
前記バルブワッシャ(9)は、励磁された子オイルによって引っ張られるときの復帰のスプリング力を付与する電磁材料で製造された多数の積層プレート(91,95,96)によって形成され、
前記プレートは、少なくとも一方向に、少なくとも部分的に移動可能である電磁バルブ(1)。 - 前記プレートは、厚さ0.02−0.6mmである請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレートは、10−100mmの直径を有する請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレートの数は、2−70の範囲である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 上プレート(95)又は下プレート(96)は他のプレート(91)とは異なる材料で製造される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記上プレート(95)又は前記下プレート(96)は、他のプレート(91)とは異なる形状である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブワッシャがほぼ円形のプレートで形成されているとき、上プレート(95)又は下プレート(96)はT字状の舌片で構成されている請求項6に記載のバルブ。
- 前記積層プレートは、一端部で互いに固定され、他端部で互いに移動可能である請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)は、一端部で互いに固定されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)は、バルト継手(92,93)で固定されている請求項9に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ボルト継手のボルト(93)はシール(94)を備え、前記ボルト面はバルブシートを備える請求項10に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)は円形状で、中央部が互いに固定されている請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)は矩形状で、端部で互いに固定されている請求項9又は10に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)にはスリット(97,98)が設けられている請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記プレート(91,95,96)は円形状で、前記スリット(97,98)は径方向に設けられている請求項14に記載のバルブ。
- 前記スリット(97,98)の幅は、前記プレート(91,95,96)の周縁に向かって径方向に増大する請求項15に記載のバルブ。
- 前記スリット(97,98)は、前記プレート(91,95,96)の周囲の全方向に延びている請求項16に記載のバルブ。
- 前記上プレート(95)又は前記下プレート(96)は、他のプレート(91)のスリット(97)とは異なる形状のスリット(98)を有する請求項14に記載のバルブ。
- 前記上プレート(95)又は前記下プレート(96)は、他のプレート(91)のスリット(97)よりも大きいスリット(98)を有する請求項18に記載のバルブ。
