Claims (15)

− 440ナノメートル〜470ナノメートルの範囲内のピーク波長を有し、且つ70ナノメートル未満の半値全幅値として表されるスペクトル幅を有する青色光のピークを放射する第2の発光素子と
を含む、発光モジュール。 - − 前記第1の光の前記カラーポイントは、実質的に黒体線上にあり、
− 前記第1の光及び前記青色光のピークの合成は、合成カラーポイントを有し、
− 前記第1の発光素子は、第1のエネルギー量の前記第1の光を放射し、前記第2の発光素子は、第2のエネルギー量の前記青色光のピークを放射し、且つ前記第1のエネルギー量と前記第2のエネルギー量との比率は、CIEXYZ色空間において、前記黒体線及びy=0.328+0.13xによって定義される線によって囲まれた領域内に前記合成カラーポイントの座標を得るように選択され、
− 任意選択的に、前記合成カラーポイントのx座標は、0.376〜0.445の範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第1の光は、以下の特徴:

- 前記第2の発光素子は、第2のルミネッセント素子を含み、前記第2のルミネッセント素子は、前記第2の発光器によって放射された光を吸収し、且つ吸収された光を前記青色光のピークに変換するルミネッセント材料を含む、請求項4に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第2の発光器は、固体発光器であり、任意選択的に、前記第1の発光器は、固体発光器である、請求項4に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光モジュールは、前記第1の光の放射のオフ及びオンの切り替えとは無関係に、前記青色光のピークの前記放射のオフ及びオンの切り替えを可能にする、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。

- 前記第3のルミネッセント素子は、前記青色光のピークを放射する特定のルミネッセント材料を含む、請求項9に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第3のルミネッセント素子は、更なるルミネッセント材料の混合を更に含み、前記更なるルミネッセント材料の量及び前記更なるルミネッセント材料の前記混合の組成は、前記吸収された第2の青色光を、前記第2の青色光の前記任意選択的な非吸収部分と共に前記第1の光を形成する光へと変換する、請求項10に記載の発光モジュール。
