Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 次の方法工程:
基板支持体(01)及び少なくとも1種の研磨粒子前駆体分散液(05)を準備すること;
少なくとも部分的に被覆されているグリッドメッシュ(11)により被覆領域(03)が画定されており、かつ開放されたグリッドメッシュ(11)により印刷領域(04)が画定されている、少なくとも1つのグリッド構造物(02)を、前記基板支持体(01)上に反復して設置すること;
前記グリッド構造物(02)上に少なくとも1種の前記分散液(05)を塗布して、前記グリッド構造物(02)と、前記基板支持体(01)又は前記基板支持体(01)上に配置した層(08)との間に接触部を形成し、そして前記接触部を引き上げるときに、分散液層(07)を、前記基板支持体(01)又はその上に前もって配置した前記層(08)上の前記印刷領域(04)で成膜すること;並びに
次いで、成膜した各々の前記分散液層(07)を乾燥して、層(08)を形成すること、
を含む、多層研磨粒子(12)の製造方法。 - 前記成膜が、10〜500μmの膜厚を有する前記層(08)、特に、20〜250μmの膜厚を有する前記層を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の前記研磨粒子前駆体分散液(05)を準備する工程が、砥粒の添加を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の前記研磨粒子前駆体分散液(05)を準備する工程が、ゾルゲル系のゾルの生成を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の前記研磨粒子前駆体分散液(05)を準備する工程が、研磨物質の添加を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 異なる前記印刷領域(04)及び前記被覆領域(03)を有する前記グリッド構造物(02)の使用を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 2つの連続的に使用する前記グリッド構造物(02)の前記印刷領域(04)が、少なくとも部分的に重複することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 異なる前記分散液(05)を前記塗布工程で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 2種の異なる前記分散液(05)を交互に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- シェル(08)、及び前記シェルにより包まれた空洞(18)を有する閉じた中空体を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷領域(04)により各々の前記被覆領域(03)が完全に取り囲まれた前記グリッド構造物(02)を、少なくとも1つの成膜工程で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆領域(03)により各々の前記印刷領域(04)が完全に取り囲まれている前記グリッド構造物(02)を、第一及び最終の成膜工程で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
