Description
Claims (10)
- 処理ロボット(50)によって不定形状のブランク(20)を荷積領域(40)から収集(100)する工程と、
前記ブランク(20)をスキャン領域(46)へ移動(200)する工程と、
視覚システム(47)によって前記ブランク(20)の形状を三次元でスキャン(300)し、前記ブランク(20)の仮想画像を主記憶装置へ保存する工程と、
前記ブランク(20)の前記仮想画像に基づいて、前記ブランク(20)をボード本体(10)へ切削加工するための三次元切削経路を計算(400)する工程と、
前記処理ロボット(50)によって前記ブランク(20)を機械加工領域(48)へ移動(500)する工程と、
マシニングロボット(70)によって前記ブランク(20)を前記ボード本体(10)へ切削加工(600)する工程と、
を含む、不定形状を有するブランク(20)からスケートボードのようなボード本体(10)を製造する方法。 - 前記マシニングロボット(70)によって、嵌合部材(14)を収容するように調整された凹部(12)を、本体の前部及び/又は後部において前記ボード本体(10)の中へ、それぞれ、切削加工(600)する工程、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記仮想画像を用いて前記ブランク(20)の表面法線を特定(700)する工程と、
印刷ロボット(60)の印刷ヘッドを前記特定された表面法線に基づいて配置し、それにより、印刷している間は、前記印刷ヘッドを前記ブランク(20)の表面に平行に移動させることにより、前記印刷ロボット(60)によって、前記ブランク(20)の上に画像を印刷(800)する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記視覚システム(47)によって前記ボード本体(10)の形状を三次元でスキャン(900)し、前記ボード本体(10)の仮想画像を主記憶装置に保存する工程と、
前記仮想画像を用いて前記ボード本体(10)の表面法線を特定(700)する工程と、
印刷ロボット(60)の印刷ヘッドを前記特定された表面法線に基づいて配置し、それによって、印刷している間は、前記印刷ヘッドを前記ボード本体(10)の表面に平行に移動させることにより、前記印刷ロボット(60)によって、前記ボード本体(10)の上に画像を印刷(800)する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記ブランクに独自の識別印を刻印(150)すること、
を更に含む、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 荷積領域(40)と、処理ロボット(50)と、スキャン領域(46)と、視覚システム(47)と、機械加工領域(48)と、マシニングロボット(70)を含み、
処理ロボット(50)によって不定形状のブランク(20)を荷積領域(40)から収集し、
前記ブランクをスキャン領域(46)に移動し、
前記視覚システム(46)によって、前記ブランク(20)の形状を三次元でスキャンして、前記ブランク(20)の仮想画像を主記憶装置に保存し、
前記ブランク(20)の前記仮想画像に基づいて前記ブランク(20)をスケートボード本体(10)に切削加工するための三次元の切削経路を計算し、
前記処理ロボット(50)によって前記ブランク(20)を前記機械加工領域(48)に移動し、そして、
前記マシニングロボット(70)によって前記ブランク(20)を前記ボード本体(10)に切削加工する、
ように構成された、不定形状のブランク(20)からスケートボードのようなボード本体(10)を製造するためのシステム。 - 前記マシニングロボット(70)によって、嵌合部材(14)を収容するように調整された凹部(12)を、本体の前部及び/又は後部において前記ボード本体(10)の中へ、それぞれ、切削加工する、
ように更に構成された請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 印刷ロボット(60)を更に含み、
前記仮想画像を用いて前記ブランク(20)の表面法線を特定し、
前記印刷ロボット(60)の印刷ヘッドを前記特定した表面法線に基づいて配置させ、それによって、印刷しているときは、前記印刷ヘッドを前記ブランク(20)の表面に平行に移動させることにより、前記印刷ロボット(60)によって、前記ブランク(20)の上に画像を印刷する、
ように更に構成された請求項6又は請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 印刷ロボット(60)を更に含み、
前記視覚システム(47)によって、前記ボード本体(10)の形状を三次元でスキャンし、前記ボード本体(10)の仮想画像を主記憶装置に保存し、
前記仮想画像を用いて前記ボード本体(10)の表面法線を特定し、
前記印刷ロボット(60)の印刷ヘッドを前記特定された表面法線に基づいて配置し、それにより、印刷しているときは、前記印刷ヘッドを前記ボード本体(10)の表面に平行に移動させ、前記印刷ロボット(60)によって、前記ボード本体(10)の上に画像を印刷する、
ように更に構成された請求項6又は請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記処理ロボット(50)の上に配置されるレーザー発振器を更に含み、前記ブランクに独自の識別印を刻印する、
ように構成された請求項6〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
