Abstract
Description
水素化処理および/または水素化転化の触媒の調製の間に炭素質分子を加えることに関する本出願人によって行われた研究作業により、元素周期律分類の第VIB族および非貴金属第VIII族の元素から選択される少なくとも1種の水素化脱水素元素を、単独でまたは混合物として利用されて含有する活性相と、無定形のまたは一部結晶性の酸化物担体とを含み、場合によっては、リン、ホウ素およびケイ素から選択される少なくとも1種のドーピング元素を制御された量で含有し、場合によっては、元素周期律分類の第VIIA族からの元素を含有し、少なくとも1種の双性イオンタイプの有機要素(element)を塩基性媒体中に含有する溶液の含浸によって調製された触媒がより高い活性、すなわち、より高い水素化処理および/または水素化転化の度合いを得るために用いられ得ることを発見するに至った。
本発明は、少なくとも1種の触媒金属と担体とを含む前触媒(pre-catalyst)から出発する触媒の調製方法であって、前記前触媒は、最低60℃での熱処理を経たものであるが、焼成は行わず、前記前触媒は、7.5超のpHを有しかつ双性イオンの形態にある少なくとも1種の分子を含有する塩基性溶液を含浸させられ、含浸済みの前触媒は、最高240℃の温度で乾燥させられるが、続いて焼成は行われない、方法に関する。
本発明による触媒の調製方法は、少なくとも1種の多孔質鉱物マトリクスをベースとし、該マトリクスは、形付けされたものであり、かつ、熱処理を経たものである、担体(この生成物は、「担体」と称されることとなる)から出発して以下の工程:
a) 少なくとも1種の触媒金属を含有する含浸溶液を担体に含浸させる工程;好ましくは、この溶液は、第VIB族からの少なくとも1種の触媒金属および非貴金属第VIII族からの少なくとも1種の触媒金属を含有する;含浸の後、場合によっては、成熟がなされる:得られた生成物は、「含浸済み担体」と称されることとなる;
b) 最低60℃で熱処理するが、続いて焼成は行われない工程であって、好ましくは最高220℃の温度で行われる、工程;得られた生成物は、「前触媒」と称されることとなる;
c) 塩基性含浸溶液を前触媒に含浸させ、続いて、場合によっては、成熟させる工程であって、該塩基性含浸溶液は、上記に定義されたような双性イオンと称される少なくとも1種の有機分子を含む、工程;得られた生成物は、「含浸済み前触媒」と称されることになる;
e) 最高240℃かつ通常220℃未満の温度で乾燥させるが、続いて焼成は行わない、工程;得られた生成物は、「触媒」と称されることになる
を連続して含む。
本発明による触媒のための担体は、有利には、ゼオライトを含有するかまたは含有しない少なくとも1種の耐火性酸化物をベースとする多孔質無定形鉱物マトリクスから調製される。
触媒金属(単数種または複数種)は、本発明の関連で定義されたような担体上への水溶液の含浸によって導入される。
本発明の前触媒は、次いで、双性イオンタイプの少なくとも1種の有機分子(これは、本明細書において双性イオンとも称されることになる)を塩基性媒体中に含有する溶液を含浸させられる。本発明の関連で、双性イオンは、2級または3級のアミン基を含有し、かつ、少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基と少なくとも1個のアルコール基とを含有するアミノアルコール酸である。好ましくは、双性イオンは、単一のカルボン酸基を有する。
本発明による触媒の調製方法は、有利には、少なくとも1回の硫化工程を含む。
本発明の方法によって得られた触媒は、有利には、炭化水素供給原料、例えば、オイルカット、石炭から得られた留分または天然ガスから生じた炭化水素の水素化処理または水素化転化のための反応に用いられる。用語「水素化処理」は、水素化、水素化脱窒、水素化脱芳香族、水素化脱硫、および水素化脱金属の反応を意味するとして理解されるべきである。
Condea Chemie GmbHによってSB3の名称の下に販売されるアルミナゲルからなるマトリクスが用いられた。このゲルは、硝酸66%を含有する水溶液と混合され(乾燥ゲルの重量(g)当たり酸7重量%)、次いで、15分にわたって混合された。この混合の終わりに、得られたペースト状物は、径1.6mmを有する円筒状のオリフィスを有するダイ中を通された。押出物は、次いで、120℃で終夜乾燥させられ、乾燥空気の重量(kg)当たり水50gを含有する湿潤空気中2時間にわたって600℃で焼成された。担体の押出物は、このようにして得られ、このものの比表面積は、300m2/gであった。X線回折分析により、担体は、低結晶性立方晶ガンマアルミナのみからなることが示された。
触媒A3〜A8は、乾燥済み前触媒A1に、アンモニアと混合されたビシンまたはトリシンを含有する水溶液を含浸させることによって調製された。含浸溶液の組成は、表1に与えられる。
上記の触媒は、現場内で、試験装置の固定フラッシュベッド管状反応器において動力学的に硫化された。水素化活性測定は、圧力下の硫化直後かつ触媒を硫化するよう作用する炭化水素供給原料を空気中にさせることなく行われた。
触媒A2(本発明に合致しない)および触媒A3〜A8(本発明に合致する)は、ディーゼルHDSを用いて試験された。供給原料の組成は、表4に与えられる。

- 少なくとも1種の触媒金属と担体とを含む前触媒から出発し、前記前触媒は、最低60℃での熱処理を経るが焼成はしないものである、触媒の調製方法であって、前記前触媒は、7.5超のpHを有しかつ双性イオンの形態にある少なくとも1種の分子を含有する塩基性溶液を含浸させられ、含浸済み前触媒は、最高240℃の温度で乾燥させられるが、続いて焼成はなされず、双性イオンの形態にある分子は、2級または3級のアミン基を含有しかつ少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基および少なくとも1個のアルコール基を含有するアミノアルコール酸によって形成される群から選択される、方法。
