Claims (4)
- サンプルを収容及び濃縮して、目的の検体が存在する場合にはそれを検出するように適合されたサンプル検出容器であって、
前記容器が、サンプルを受容するように構成された開放端部と、マイクロキャビティを含む閉鎖端部と、前記マイクロキャビティまで延在する壁部と、を含み、
前記マイクロキャビティは、開口上部、底部、及び前記マイクロキャビティの横断面に対して垂直である長手方向軸を含み、前記マイクロキャビティは、目的のサンプルを保持するための毛管力をもたらすように構成されており、
前記マイクロキャビティの開口上部と隣接して位置する前記壁部のうち少なくとも一部分は、前記マイクロキャビティの前記長手方向軸に対して有効角度αで配向される勾配を有し、前記有効角度αは45°より大きく、かつ90°より小さく、前記有効角度αで配向される、前記マイクロキャビティの前記開口上部と隣接して位置する前記壁部のうち少なくとも前記部分は、前記マイクロキャビティの前記開口上部の横断寸法の少なくとも5倍の長さを有する、サンプル検出容器。 - サンプル中に目的の検体が存在する場合に、それを検出するためのシステムであって、

請求項1に記載のサンプル検出容器を提供する工程と、
前記サンプル検出容器内にサンプルを配置する工程と、
前記マイクロキャビティに向けて前記サンプル検出容器を遠心し、前記サンプルの沈降物及び上澄みを形成する工程と、
前記サンプル検出容器を遠心分離した後、前記サンプル検出容器を反転させ、前記サンプルの濃縮物が前記マイクロキャビティに保持されるように、前記マイクロキャビティから上澄みの少なくとも一部をデカントする工程であって、前記濃縮物が前記沈降物を含む、工程と、を含む、方法。 - サンプル中に目的の検体が存在する場合に、それを検出する方法であって、
フィルター部を含む第1の容器アセンブリであって、前記フィルター部は前記サンプルからの目的の検体を保持するように構成されたフィルターを含み、前記フィルターは第1の側部を有し、かつ前記第1の側部上に前記サンプルの濾過物を含む、第1の容器アセンブリを提供する工程と、
前記フィルター部を請求項1に記載のサンプル検出容器と連結させて、前記フィルターの前記第1の側部が前記サンプル検出容器の前記マイクロキャビティに面するように、前記フィルター部と前記サンプル検出容器とを一緒に連結する第2の容器アセンブリを形成する工程と、
前記マイクロキャビティに向けて前記第2の容器アセンブリを遠心し、前記濾過物を前記フィルターから前記サンプル検出容器の前記マイクロキャビティに移動させ、前記サンプルの沈降物及び上澄みを形成する工程と、
前記第2の容器アセンブリを遠心した後、前記第2の容器アセンブリを反転させ、前記サンプルの濃縮物が前記第2の容器アセンブリの前記サンプル検出容器の前記マイクロキャビティに保持されるように、前記サンプル検出容器から前記上澄みの少なくとも一部をデカントする工程であって、前記濃縮物が前記沈降物を含む、工程と、を含む、方法。
