Claims (12)
- 熱交換のための管材(1)であって、
前記熱交換は、前記管材(1)の内側にある第1流体と前記管材(1)の外側にある第2流体との間であり、
前記管材(1)は、第1端部(3)と第2端部(5)との間を延長しており、内管(1’)と、前記内管(1’)の外側に配置される外管(1’’)と、を有し、
前記内管(1’)は、前記第1端部(3)において、前記外管(1’’)に液密で連結されており、
前記第1端部(3)は、流体供給管(7)によって取り囲まれ、かつ前記流体供給管(7)に取付けられており、
前記第2端部(5)において、前記内管(1’)と前記外管(1’’)との間に、通路が存在していることを特徴とする管材。 - 前記内管(1’)の外径は、前記外管(1’’)の内径より小さく、したがって、前記管材(1’,1’’)の前記第1端部(3)における液密連結に基づいて前記管(1’,1’’)の間に存在する流体は、前記管材の前記第2端部(5)において、前記通路を経由して外部と連通することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管材。
- 前記管材(1)の少なくとも一部は、前記第1端部(3)と前記第2端部(5)との間に、らせん状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の管材。
- 前記管材(1)は、タンク(20)に配置され、前記タンク(20)は、前記管材(1)の前記第1端部(3)を収容するための第1開口部(22)と、前記管材(1)の前記第2端部(5)を収容するための第2開口部(24)と、が設けれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の管材。
- 前記タンク(20)は、液体を加熱するためのタンクであり、前記流体供給管(7)は、加圧流体と流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管材。
- 前記供給管(7)は、前記外管(1’’)に溶接によって連結される補強スリーブ(7)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の管材。
- 前記内管(1’)は、溶接連結(11)の使用によって、前記第1端部(3)において、液密で、外管(1’’)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管材。
- 前記内管(1’)は、前記第2端部(5)において流体戻り管に連結されており、前記流体供給管(7)および前記流体戻り管は、閉回路の一部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の管材。
- 前記閉回路は、ヒートポンプを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の管材。
- 内管(1’)の内側にある第1流体と外管(1’’)の外側にある第2流体との間での熱交換を向上させるための方法であって、
前記外管(1’’)の主要部は、前記内管(1’)の外側に配置され、
前記内管(1’)の外径は、前記外管(1’’)の内径より小さく、
前記方法は、
前記管材(1’,1’’)の第1端部(3)において、前記内管(1’)と前記外管(1’’)との間に、液密連結を提供することと、
前記第1端部(3)を流体供給管(7)の一部に挿入して、前記流体供給管(7)と前記内管(1’)との間に流体連結を提供し、そして、前記外管を前記流体供給管(7)に取付けることと、
前記管材(1’,1’’)の第2端部(5)において、前記外管(1’’)の内面と、前記内管(1’)の外面との間に、通路を維持することと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2端部(5)において、前記内管(1’)は、流体戻り管と流体連通するように、配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記内管(1’)の内側の流体あるいは前記外管(1’’)の外側の流体の少なくとも1つに反応するセンサー装置(26)が、信号送信装置に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の方法。
