Abstract
Description
本発明は、LED昇圧コンバーターの内部に検出回路を設け、2D表示モードと3D表示モード下の検出電流に対応するISEN検出抵抗を選択することにより、3D表示モード下で部品が壊れるか或いは異常な保護が発生することを防止することができる。
Claims (10)
- LED昇圧コンバーターであって、
異なる表示モードにおいて、入力された電圧を現在の表示モード下の前記LEDが需要する作動電圧に昇圧させる誘導式昇圧回路と、
異なる表示モードにおいて、異なる表示モードに対応する検出抵抗を選択することにより、前記誘導式昇圧回路を検出するための色々な検出電流を提供する検出回路であって、該検出回路は前記誘導式昇圧回路に接続される検出回路と、
パルス幅変調信号を提供することにより前記誘導式昇圧回路の作動を駆動し、かつ前記検出電流に対応する検出電圧が基準電圧を超えているかどうかを検出する制御装置であって、該制御装置は前記誘導式昇圧回路に接続されるGATE端及び前記検出回路に接続される電流検出入力端を具備する制御装置とを含み、
前記表示モードは二次元表示モードと三次元表示モードを含むLED昇圧コンバーター。 - 二次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_2Dが三次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_3Dより小さいとき、前記検出回路は、
一端はリファレンスのため接地し、他端は前記誘導式昇圧回路のスイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第一抵抗と、
一端は前記第一抵抗と共に前記スイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第二抵抗と、
ゲートは二次元/三次元変換信号入力端に接続され、ドレインは前記第二抵抗の他端に接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第一スイッチ型トランジスタとを更に含む請求項1に記載のLED昇圧コンバーター。 - 二次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_2Dが三次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_3Dより大きいとき、前記検出回路は、
一端はリファレンスのため接地し、他端は前記誘導式昇圧回路のスイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第一抵抗と、
一端は前記第一抵抗と共に前記スイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第二抵抗と、
ドレインは前記第二抵抗の他端に接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第一スイッチ型トランジスタと、
第三抵抗と、
ゲートは二次元/三次元変換信号入力端に接続され、ドレインは前記第三抵抗によって電圧供給端に接続されるとともに前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタのゲートに接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第二スイッチ型トランジスタとを含む請求項1に記載のLED昇圧コンバーター。 - 前記第一抵抗と第二抵抗の抵抗値はそれぞれ、下記の式で獲得することができ、
- 前記第一抵抗と第二抵抗の抵抗値はそれぞれ、下記の式で獲得することができ、
- 前記二次元/三次元変換信号入力端が二次元モード信号を出力するとき、前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタはオフ状態になり、二次元表示モード下の検出抵抗値は前記第一抵抗の抵抗値と等しくなり、
前記二次元/三次元変換信号入力端が三次元モード信号を出力するとき、前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタはオン状態になり、三次元表示モード下の検出抵抗値は前記第一抵抗と前記第二抵抗が並列接続されるときの抵抗値と等しくなる請求項2に記載のLED昇圧コンバーター。 - 前記二次元/三次元変換信号入力端が二次元モード信号を出力するとき、前記第二スイッチ型トランジスタはオフ状態になり、前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタはオン状態になり、二次元表示モード下の検出抵抗値は前記第一抵抗と前記第二抵抗が並列接続されるときの抵抗値と等しくなり、
前記二次元/三次元変換信号入力端が三次元モード信号を出力するとき、前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタはオン状態になり、前記第二スイッチ型トランジスタはオフ状態になり、三次元表示モード下の検出抵抗値は前記第一抵抗の抵抗値と等しくなる請求項3に記載のLED昇圧コンバーター。 - バックライトLEDの駆動装置は、
異なる表示モードにおいて、入力された電圧を現在の表示モード下の前記LEDが需要する作動電圧に昇圧させる導式昇圧回路と、
異なる表示モードにおいて、異なる表示モードに対応する検出抵抗を選択することにより、前記誘導式昇圧回路を検出するための色々な検出電流を提供する検出回路であって、該検出回路は前記誘導式昇圧回路に接続される検出回路と、
パルス幅変調信号を提供することにより前記誘導式昇圧回路の作動を駆動し、かつ前記検出電流に対応する検出電圧が基準電圧を超えているかどうかを検出する制御装置であって、該制御装置は前記誘導式昇圧回路に接続されるGATE端及び前記検出回路に接続される電流検出入力端を具備する制御装置とを含み、
前記表示モードは二次元表示モードと三次元表示モードを含むバックライトLEDの駆動装置。 - 二次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_2Dが三次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_3Dより小さいとき、前記検出回路は、
一端はリファレンスのため接地し、他端は前記誘導式昇圧回路のスイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第一抵抗と、
一端は前記第一抵抗と共に前記スイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第二抵抗と、
ゲートは二次元/三次元変換信号入力端に接続され、ドレインは前記第二抵抗の他端に接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第一スイッチ型トランジスタとを更に含む請求項8に記載のバックライトLEDの駆動装置。 - 二次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_2Dが三次元表示モードの誘導式昇圧回路の誘導電流ピーク値Ipk_3Dより大きいとき、前記検出回路は、
一端はリファレンスのため接地し、他端は前記誘導式昇圧回路のスイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第一抵抗と、
一端は前記第一抵抗と共に前記スイッチ型トランジスタのソースに接続される第二抵抗と、
ドレインは前記第二抵抗の他端に接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第一スイッチ型トランジスタと、
第三抵抗と、
ゲートは二次元/三次元変換信号入力端に接続され、ドレインは前記第三抵抗によって電圧供給端に接続されるとともに前記第一スイッチ型トランジスタのゲートに接続され、ソースはリファレンスのため接地する第二スイッチ型トランジスタとを含む請求項8に記載のバックライトLEDの駆動装置。
