Claims (15)
- 複数の流体スロットが形成されている流体スロット領域と、
エッジ部分と内側部分を有する温度検出抵抗
を備えるプリントヘッドダイであって、
前記エッジ部分は、前記流体スロット領域のエッジの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在し、前記内側部分は、前記エッジ部分に接続し、かつ、隣接する2つの流体スロット間に延在する、プリントヘッドダイ。 - 前記エッジ部分は、前記流体スロット領域の3つの側部(すなわち前記流体スロット領域の3方)を少なくとも部分的に囲む、請求項1のプリントヘッドダイ。
- 前記温度検出抵抗の前記エッジ部分は第1のループを形成し、前記温度検出抵抗の前記内側部分は第2のループを形成し、前記第1のループと前記第2のループは同じ入力端子に接続される、請求項1のプリントヘッドダイ。
- 複数の流体スロットであって、各流体スロットが、2つの端の間にわたる長さと該長さよりも短い幅を有する、複数の流体スロットと、
流体スロットのエッジに沿って第1の方向に延在する第1の部分と、流体スロットの端を過ぎて第2の方向に延在する第の2部分と、隣接する2つの流体スロット間に第3の方向に延在する第3の部分とを有する温度検出部材
を備えるプリントヘッド。 - 前記温度検出部材の前記第3の部分は、前記温度検出部材の前記第3の部分が隣接している流体スロットの長さと同じかまたはそれより長い長さを有する、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 複数の内側領域が、隣接する流体スロット間の領域によって画定され、前記温度検出部材が、前記内側領域のうちの複数の内側領域内に延在する、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 前記温度検出部材は蛇行形状を有する、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 前記温度検出部材の前記第1及び第2の部分は、前記複数の流体スロットを囲む外側のリングの一部である、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 前記温度検出部材の前記第1、第2、及び第3の部分は同じボンドパッドに接続される、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 前記温度検出部材は、前記プリントヘッドの温度を検出し及び前記プリントヘッドに熱を供給するための回路の一部を形成する温度検出抵抗である、請求項4のプリントヘッド。
- 複数の流体スロットであって、それぞれの流体スロットが、複数の流体噴射チャンバに流体を供給するように構成されている、複数の流体スロットと、
前記複数の流体スロットを囲む外側のリング部分と、前記複数の流体スロットのうちの少なくとも2つの流体スロット間に延在する内側部分とを有する加熱素子
を備えるプリントヘッド。 - 前記外側のリング部分の第1の端部はボンドパッドに接続し、前記外側のリング部分の第2の端部はグランドに接続し、前記内側部分の第1の端部は前記外側のリング部分と同じボンドパッドに接続し、前記内側部分の第2の端部はグランドに接続する、請求項11のプリントヘッド。
- 前記内側部分はループ形状である、請求項11のプリントヘッド。
- 前記加熱素子の前記外側のリング部分と前記内側部分は、同じ入力端子に接続される、請求項11のプリントヘッド。
- 前記加熱素子は、前記プリントヘッドの温度を検出し、かつ前記プリントヘッドに熱を供給するための温度検出抵抗であり、前記加熱素子の前記外側のリング部分及び前記内側部分は単一の制御回路に接続される、請求項11のプリントヘッド。
