Description
即ち、本発明は、以下［１］〜［８］で示される。
［１］ビニルエステル樹脂組成物と、二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートと、ポリイソシアネートと、炭素繊維と、硬化剤とを含むシートモールディングコンパウンドであって、該二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートが、該ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して、１〜１４質量部含まれることを特徴とするシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［２］前記ビニルエステル樹脂組成物に含まれるビニルエステル樹脂が、ビスフェノールＡ型ビニルエステル樹脂及びノボラック型ビニルエステル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする［１］に記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［３］前記二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートが、トリメチロールプロパントリ（メタ）アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ（メタ）アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ（メタ）アクリレート及びペンタエリスリトールヘキサ（メタ）アクリレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする［１］又は［２］に記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［４］前記ポリイソシアネートが、前記ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して、３〜１０質量部含まれることを特徴とする［１］〜［３］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［５］前記炭素繊維が、前記シートモールディングコンパウンドの総量に対して、３０〜７０質量％含まれることを特徴とする［１］〜［４］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［６］ビニルエステル樹脂組成物と、ポリイソシアネートと、該ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して１〜１４質量部の二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートと、硬化剤とを混合した後、炭素繊維を加えてシート化する工程を含むことを特徴とするシートモールディングコンパウンドの製造方法。
［７］［１］〜［５］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンドを硬化した成形体。
［８］航空機用部品又は自動車用部品に使用される［７］に記載の成形体。
［１］ビニルエステル樹脂組成物と、二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートと、ポリイソシアネートと、炭素繊維と、硬化剤とを含むシートモールディングコンパウンドであって、該二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートが、該ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して、１〜１４質量部含まれることを特徴とするシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［２］前記ビニルエステル樹脂組成物に含まれるビニルエステル樹脂が、ビスフェノールＡ型ビニルエステル樹脂及びノボラック型ビニルエステル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする［１］に記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［３］前記二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートが、トリメチロールプロパントリ（メタ）アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ（メタ）アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ（メタ）アクリレート及びペンタエリスリトールヘキサ（メタ）アクリレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする［１］又は［２］に記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［４］前記ポリイソシアネートが、前記ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して、３〜１０質量部含まれることを特徴とする［１］〜［３］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［５］前記炭素繊維が、前記シートモールディングコンパウンドの総量に対して、３０〜７０質量％含まれることを特徴とする［１］〜［４］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンド。
［６］ビニルエステル樹脂組成物と、ポリイソシアネートと、該ビニルエステル樹脂組成物１００質量部に対して１〜１４質量部の二官能以上の（メタ）アクリレートと、硬化剤とを混合した後、炭素繊維を加えてシート化する工程を含むことを特徴とするシートモールディングコンパウンドの製造方法。
［７］［１］〜［５］のいずれかに記載のシートモールディングコンパウンドを硬化した成形体。
［８］航空機用部品又は自動車用部品に使用される［７］に記載の成形体。
