Abstract
【解決手段】移動端末機は、端末機本体と、端末機本体の一側に備えられ少なくとも一部が外部に露出するレンズ組立体、レンズ組立体の内側に備えられ入射光の量を調節する絞り、レンズ組立体と絞りを移動させるアクチュエータを含むカメラモジュールとを含み、レンズ組立体は、絞りの前面に備えられ外部に露出する第1レンズ組立体と、絞りの背面に備えられ第1レンズ組立体と共に倍率を決定する第2レンズ組立体とを含み、アクチュエータは、第2レンズ組立体の背面に配置され第1及び第2レンズ組立体と絞りを収容し側壁により内部空間を規定する移動部材、移動部材を収容し側壁により内部空間を規定するハウジング、移動部材とハウジングとの間に備えられ移動部材を往復運動させる駆動ユニットを含み、絞りを制御する絞り用回路基板がアクチュエータを制御するアクチュエータ用回路基板に接続される。

Claims (10)
- 端末機本体と、
前記端末機本体の一側に備えられて少なくとも一部が外部に露出するレンズ組立体、前記レンズ組立体の内側に備えられて入射する光の量を調節する絞り、及び前記レンズ組立体と前記絞りを移動させるアクチュエータを含むカメラモジュールとを含み、
前記レンズ組立体は、
前記絞りの前面に備えられて外部に露出する第1レンズ組立体と、
前記絞りの背面に備えられて前記第1レンズ組立体と共に倍率を決定する第2レンズ組立体とを含み、
前記アクチュエータは、
前記第2レンズ組立体の背面に配置され、前記第1レンズ組立体及び前記第2レンズ組立体と前記絞りを収容し、側壁により内部空間を規定する移動部材と、
前記移動部材を収容し、側壁により内部空間を規定するハウジングと、
前記移動部材と前記ハウジングとの間に備えられて前記移動部材を往復運動させる駆動ユニットとを含み、
前記絞りを制御する絞り用回路基板が前記アクチュエータを制御するアクチュエータ用回路基板に接続される、移動端末機。 - 前記絞りは、
内部に貫通孔が形成されて内部空間を形成するカバーと、
前記内部空間に配置されて前記貫通孔に連通するように第1貫通孔が形成される第1ブレードと、
前記内部空間に前記第1ブレードと少なくとも一部が重なるように配置され、前記貫通孔に連通し、前記第1貫通孔との干渉により光が入射する領域を調節するように第2貫通孔が形成される第2ブレードと、
前記第1ブレード及び前記第2ブレードの一端部にそれぞれ連結され、前記第1ブレード及び前記第2ブレードの少なくとも一方を移動させて前記光が入射する領域の大きさを変化させるリンク部材と、
前記リンク部材を駆動して前記第1ブレード及び前記第2ブレードを移動させるリンク部材駆動部とを含む、請求項1に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、
前記移動部材の外部一側面に備えられるマグネットと、
前記ハウジングの側壁に形成される貫通孔の内部領域に備えられるコイルとを含む、請求項2に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記マグネットは、前記移動部材に凹んで形成されるマグネット収容部に備えられ、前記マグネットの少なくとも一部が前記移動部材の側壁と重なるように配置される、請求項3に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記絞りと前記移動部材との間には、回路基板収容部が備えられ、前記絞り用回路基板は、前記絞りの側壁の一部を覆って下方に延び、前記回路基板収容部に1回以上折り曲げられて配置される、請求項4に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記絞り用回路基板は、前記絞りと前記アクチュエータとの間に形成される切欠部から挿入されて前記絞りの上側に配置される、請求項4に記載の移動端末機。
- 一側は前記アクチュエータ用回路基板に接続されて他側は前記絞り用回路基板に接続される硬質の回路基板をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記硬質の回路基板は、前記カメラモジュールの外部に露出せず、端部に接続端子が形成される、請求項7に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記移動部材の外側壁及び前記ハウジングの内側壁には厚さ方向にそれぞれ第1ガイド溝及び第2ガイド溝が形成され、前記移動部材が移動する際に前記第1ガイド溝及び前記第2ガイド溝をボールがスライド移動する、請求項1に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記アクチュエータの下部に備えられる赤外線カットフィルタと、
前記絞りを介して入射した光信号を電気信号に変換するイメージセンサと、
前記イメージセンサが備えられるメイン回路基板と、
前記アクチュエータ用回路基板を覆い、前記ハウジングの側壁に結合される絶縁テープとをさらに含み、
前記絶縁テープは、前記ハウジングの側壁から前記メイン回路基板の下部まで延設される、請求項1に記載の移動端末機。
