Abstract
【解決手段】バタフライ弁7が閉じ姿勢を含む所定の第1回動角度範囲内に存するときに切換弁8を全閉状態に維持し、バタフライ弁7が開き姿勢を含む所定の第2回動角度範囲内に存するときに切換弁7を全開状態に維持するように連動機構9を構成する。第1回動角度範囲内で混合気の空気過剰率が適正値になるバタフライ弁7の回動角度を閉じ側停止角度に設定すると共に、第2回動角度範囲内で混合気の空気過剰率が適正値になるバタフライ弁7の回動角度を開き側停止角度に設定する。

Claims (2)
- 空気に燃料ガスを混合し、混合気をファンを介してバーナに供給する予混合装置であって、
燃料ガスを供給する流量調節弁を介設したガス供給路の下流端がファンの上流側の空気供給路に設けられたガス吸引部に接続され、ガス吸引部より上流側の空気供給路の部分の通気抵抗を大小に切換える空気抵抗切換手段と、流量調節弁よりも下流側のガス供給路の部分の通気抵抗を大小に切換えるガス抵抗切換手段とを備え、
空気抵抗切換手段は、ガス吸引部よりも上流側の空気供給路の部分に設けられ、空気供給路の長手方向に平行な開き姿勢と空気供給路の長手方向に直交する閉じ姿勢とに回動されるバタフライ弁で構成され、ガス抵抗切換手段は、ガス供給路内に開閉動作自在に設けられた切換弁で構成され、バタフライ弁の開き姿勢と閉じ姿勢への回動に連動して切換弁を開閉動作させる連動機構を備えるものにおいて、
連動機構は、バタフライ弁が閉じ姿勢を含む所定の第1回動角度範囲内に存するときに切換弁を全閉状態に維持し、バタフライ弁が開き姿勢を含む所定の第2回動角度範囲内に存するときに切換弁を全開状態に維持するように構成され、
第1回動角度範囲内で混合気の空気過剰率が所定の適正値になるバタフライ弁の回動角度を閉じ側停止角度に設定すると共に、第2回動角度範囲内で混合気の空気過剰率が所定の適正値になるバタフライ弁の回動角度を開き側停止角度に設定し、バタフライ弁を閉じ側停止角度と開き側停止角度との間で回動制御することを特徴とする予混合装置。 - 前記バーナへの点火動作は、前記バタフライ弁を閉じ姿勢に回動させた状態で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の予混合装置。
