Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative adhesive interior material.

The flooring used in detached houses, condominiums, and other buildings includes solid flooring made of solid wood, as well as base materials made of laminated wood boards such as plywood, MDF, and particle board (hereinafter referred to as “lamination base”). A decorative flooring material is used in which a decorative material such as a single wood veneer or a sawing board is pasted on the surface of the material. Also, interior materials such as wall materials, ceiling materials, and staircase materials are used in which a decorative material is attached to the surface of the base material.

The decorative interior material uses a base material that has less expansion and contraction due to moisture than solid wood, and various coatings are applied on the surface to prevent moisture from entering the interior. It has been used in many construction sites because it has less warpage and is easy to handle.

In the patent document 1, the applicant refers to a laminated base in which a base material surface plate (a wood fiber board having a thickness of 0.2 mm or more and less than 0.5 mm and a density of 0.7 g / cm 3 or more) is laminated on the surface of the wood board. We have proposed a decorative flooring material with a decorative material applied to the surface of the material.

When manufacturing a decorative adhesive interior material such as such a decorative adhesive flooring material, a laminated base material is usually manufactured in advance, and after curing for a certain period of time, the decorative material is applied to the surface of the laminated base material and then crimped. The

In Patent Document 2, a step of applying an adhesive on the surface of the plywood, a step of placing a wood fiber board or resin-impregnated paper on the plywood on which the adhesive is applied, and an adhesive on the plywood are provided. Applying adhesive to the surface of the wood fiber board or resin-impregnated paper placed using a roll coater, and placing the surface decorative material on the wood fiber board or resin-impregnated paper coated with the adhesive And a step of heat-pressing a laminate in which plywood, wood fiber board or resin-impregnated paper, and surface decorative material are sequentially laminated via an adhesive, and the adhesive applied to the surface of the plywood is 25000-72000 mPa A method for producing a decorative composite board having a viscosity of s / 2 to 30 ° C. and an application amount of the adhesive set to 8.0 to 9.0 g / scale 2 is described.

When a thin material having a thickness of 0.2 mm or more and less than 0.5 mm is used for a part of the base material constituting the laminated base material as in the invention described in Patent Document 1, a wood board, a base material surface layer After three layers of a board and a decorative layer are sequentially laminated, they can be bonded simultaneously (see paragraph 0060 of Patent Document 1). However, when the warpage of the base material is large, or when a strong impact is applied during the process, there is a high possibility that a shift occurs between the base materials. Such a shift becomes prominent when the base material constituting the laminated base material is thick.

On the other hand, if the viscosity of the adhesive is increased as in the invention described in Patent Document 2, workability is poor, and if the coating amount is limited, adhesion failure may occur.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art, and regardless of the type of substrate and the degree of warpage, and without restricting the application conditions of the adhesive, it is a laminated substrate with high accuracy. 1.
1. About the decorative adhesive interior material As shown in FIG. 1, the decorative adhesive interior material 10 which concerns on this embodiment is the 1st base material 1, the 2nd base material 2 affixed on the 1st base material 1, and the 2nd. And a decorative material 3 attached to the base material 2. The decorative adhesive interior material 10 according to the present embodiment may further include a moisture-proof sheet layer 4 attached to the back surface of the first base material 1. Examples of the decoratively pasted interior material 10 include floor materials, wall materials, ceiling materials, and staircase materials. The most effective effects of the present invention are floor materials.

Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as the 1st base material 1, Like a 2nd base material, for example, in addition to plywood, wood fiber boards, such as MDF, a hard board, an insulation board, particle boards, OSB, etc. Can be used. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the thickness of a wooden board layer, What is necessary is just to select suitable thickness according to uses, such as a flooring, a wall material, a ceiling material, and staircase materials. Moreover, as a dimension of the 1st base material 1, a 1 scale x 6 scale (about 303 mm x about 1818 mm) size, a 3 scale x 6 scale (about 909 mm x about 1818 mm) size, etc. can be used, for example.

Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as the 2nd base material (surface layer base material) 2, For example, wood fiber boards, such as MDF, a hard board, an insulation board, particle boards, OSB, etc. can be used. In addition, for example, a single plate such as Lawan, Falcata, Eucalyptus, Chamelere, rubber, cedar, and larch may be used. The thickness of the wood board layer is preferably 0.2 to 4.0 mm. It may be divided in the thickness direction. Moreover, as a dimension of the 2nd base material 2, a 1 scale x 6 scale (about 303 mm x about 1818 mm) size, a 3 scale x 6 scale (about 909 mm x about 1818 mm) size, etc. can be used, for example.

As the decorative material 3, for example, a decorative material attached to the surface of the interior material such as a processed sheet made of wood such as a veneer or a grinder, a decorative sheet printed with a color pattern on a sheet of resin film, paper, or the like is used. Can do. As the decorative material 3, a thickness of 0.05 to 3.0 mm is generally used, but is not limited to such a thickness. In particular, it is preferable to use one having a thickness of 1.0 mm or less, which can be easily attached by hot pressure.

Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as the moisture-proof sheet layer 4, For example, PET film and polyolefin film (polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) can be used. The moisture-proof sheet layer 4 has, for example, a water vapor permeability of 5 g / m 2 · d or less, preferably 4 g / m 2 · d or less in JIS K 7129B. The moisture-proof sheet layer 4 can effectively suppress moisture from entering from the back side of the first substrate 1. The moisture-proof sheet layer 4 may be fixed to the first base material 1 by a fixing member other than the adhesive.

2. About the manufacturing method of a makeup | decoration sticking interior material Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the decoration sticking interior material which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 2, the method for producing a decorative adhesive interior material according to the present invention includes:
(1) Step S1 for applying the first adhesive 1a to the surface of the first substrate 1;
(2) Step S2 of obtaining the unbonded laminated substrate 10a by placing the second substrate 2 on the surface of the first substrate 1 on which the first adhesive 1a is applied,
(3) Step S3 to obtain a temporarily bonded laminated base material 10b by pressing the non-adhesive laminated base material 10a under conditions insufficient for curing the first adhesive 1a.
(4) Step S4 of applying the second adhesive 2a to the surface of the temporary adhesion laminated substrate 10b,
(5) Step S5 to obtain the non-adhesive cosmetic paste interior material 10c by placing the decorative material 3 on the surface of the temporary adhesive laminated base material 10b to which the second adhesive 2a is applied,
(6) Step S6 is provided, in which the non-adhesive decorative adhesive interior material 10c is pressed under conditions sufficient for curing the first adhesive 1a and the second adhesive 2a to obtain the decorative adhesive internal material 10.

Thereby, regardless of the type of the base material and the degree of warping, and without restricting the application condition of the adhesive, the decorative material can be accurately attached to the laminated base material.

The first adhesive 1a used in step S1 of (1) is not particularly limited. For example, melamine urea copolymer adhesive, styrene butadiene latex adhesive, modified vinyl acetate adhesive, vinyl acetate adhesive Water-based vinyl urethane adhesives can be used. A pressure-sensitive adhesive such as an adhesive may be used. The coating amount depends on the type of adhesive, but it is preferable to adjust the amount in the range of 80 to 180 g / m 2 , for example.

The application amount of the first adhesive 1a in step S1 of the above (1) is appropriately set within a range that does not cause defects such as adhesion failure and protrusion, depending on the type of substrate, surface condition, type of adhesive, and the like. That's fine. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the application method of the 1st adhesive agent 1a, For example, well-known methods, such as the method by a spreader (roll) and the method by a spray, are employable.

In step S2 of (2) above, for example, the second substrate 2 having substantially the same dimensions as the first substrate 1 is placed on the surface of the first substrate 1 to which the first adhesive 1a has been applied. At this time, the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 are in an unbonded state. The first base material 1 and the second base material 2 in this state are referred to as an unbonded laminated base material 10a.

In step S3 of (3), the unbonded laminated base material 10a is pressed under conditions that are insufficient for curing the first adhesive 1a. At this time, the first base material 1 and the second base material 2 are not completely bonded. The first base material 1 and the second base material 2 in this state are referred to as a temporary adhesion laminated base material 10b.

Here, since the unbonded laminated base material 10a obtained by step S2 of (2) is merely stopped by the tack force of the first adhesive 1a, for example, the warp of the second base material 2 is large. Misalignment is likely to occur in some cases. In particular, when the second base material 2 is relatively thick, such as 1.0 mm or more, or even 2.0 mm or more, it is difficult to adjust to the first base material 1, and the workpiece is subjected to an impact in various manufacturing processes and conveyance processes. In such a case, the shift is likely to occur. However, the temporarily bonded laminated base material 10b in step S3 of (3) is in a state where the first base material 1 and the second base material 2 are in close contact with each other by pressing, although they are not completely bonded. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the deviation. At this time, it is important not to completely cure the first adhesive 1a. At this time, if the first adhesive 1a is to be completely cured, the pressing time becomes longer and the productivity is deteriorated. The complete curing of the first adhesive 1a is performed in step S6 of the latter stage (6).

In addition, there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the pressing method, For example, what is necessary is just to clamp by the method by a flat plate press, the method by a roll press, etc. At this time, in order to uniformly apply pressure and heat to the entire surface to prevent the appearance unevenness from occurring, it is preferable to press one by one without stacking a plurality of unbonded laminated base materials 10a. At this time, although it may be cold pressure or hot pressure, it is preferable to heat at least the surface on which the decorative material 3 is scheduled to be bonded, that is, the exposed surface of the second substrate 2. This is because the temperature of the second base material 2 is increased, and the hot pressing time in step S6 of the latter stage (6) can be shortened.

In addition, the adhesive may be partially cured using heating equipment such as electric heat and high frequency, and partial pressing may be performed without applying pressure to the whole. It may cause. Therefore, the conditions for completely curing the first adhesive 1a existing between the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 vary depending on the specifications of the adhesive used, but in any adhesive The temperature, time and pressure during pressing are important. That is, it is necessary for the curing of the first adhesive to perform pressing that satisfies all the following conditions.
(a) The temperature is higher than the temperature necessary for curing the first adhesive 1a.
(b) The pressure is higher than the pressure necessary for curing the first adhesive 1a.
(c) More than the time required for curing the first adhesive 1a

However, in step S3 of (3) above, it is preferable to perform clamping under conditions that do not satisfy any one or more of the above (a) to (c). In particular, if the pressing is performed under a condition that does not satisfy the above (a), the thermal energy required at the time of manufacturing can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. If pressing is performed under conditions that do not satisfy the above (b), the energy required during production can be reduced, and when a flat plate press is used, the time required for pressing can be shortened. If the pressing is performed under a condition that does not satisfy the above (c), the pressing time can be shortened and the productivity is improved. For this reason, from the viewpoint of improving productivity and ensuring minimum adhesion, it is preferable to carry out the process under conditions that do not satisfy at least the above (c).

The time from when the second substrate 2 is placed on the first substrate 1 in step S2 of (2) to the start of pressing in step S3 of (3) (closed deposition time) is 5 It is preferable to make it less than minutes. If this time is too long, there is a possibility that sufficient adhesive force will not be exhibited even if it is pressed in step S6 of the latter stage (6). Depending on the type of adhesive, the second substrate 2 may be adhesive. It is because it may be warped by the influence of moisture etc. The closed deposition time is more preferably 3 minutes or less, preferably 2 minutes or less, and more preferably 1 minute or less.

Note that, in a normal adhesive, a pressure of 8.0 kg / cm 2 or more is required. Specifically, the pressing in step S3 of (3) is specifically 7.0 kg / cm 2 or less. is preferably carried out at a pressure, 5.0 kg / cm 2 or less, more, and more preferably, 4.0 kg / cm 2 or less. This is because the smaller the pressing pressure, the shorter the process time including the pressure increase time and the pressure decrease time, and the more efficient production becomes possible. However, in order to obtain the minimum adhesiveness, it is preferable to set it to 0.5 kg / cm 2 or more, more preferably 1.0 kg / cm 2 or more.

Further, in a normal adhesive, a pressing time of 30 seconds or more is required even if the second substrate 2 is thin, and if it is thick, a pressing time of 60 seconds or more is required. Specifically, it is preferably 10 seconds or less. In such a short time, it is possible to perform clamping without reducing the line speed. The pressing time is more preferably 5 seconds or less, and is preferably 3 seconds or less, 1 second or less, and further 0.8 seconds or less. However, in order to obtain the minimum adhesion, the pressing time should be 0.1 seconds or more. Here, in the case of a method using a flat plate press, the pressing time is the time from when the press pressure reaches a predetermined pressure (pressure set for temporary bonding) until the pressure starts to drop, roll press In the case of the method according to the above, it means the transit time.

Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as the 2nd adhesive agent 2a used for step S4 of said (4), For example, a melamine urea copolymer adhesive agent, a styrene butadiene latex adhesive agent, a modified vinyl acetate adhesive agent, a vinyl acetate adhesive agent Water-based vinyl urethane adhesives can be used. The coating amount depends on the type of adhesive, but it is preferable to adjust the amount in the range of 60 to 120 g / m 2 , for example.

The amount of the second adhesive 2a applied in step S4 of (4) is not particularly limited, but problems such as poor adhesion and protrusion occur depending on the type of substrate, surface condition, type of adhesive, and the like. What is necessary is just to set suitably in the range which is not. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the application method of the 2nd adhesive agent 2a, For example, well-known methods, such as the method by a spreader (roll) and the method by a spray, are employable. When temporary adhesion in step S3 of the above (3) is not performed, there is a problem that the second base material 2 is displaced or the second base material 2 is caught in the roll when the adhesive is applied by the roll. It can happen.

The time from the end of temporary bonding in step S3 of (3) to the start of application of the second adhesive 2a in step S4 of (4) is not particularly limited, but should be 3 minutes or less. Preferably, it is 2 minutes or less, 1 minute or less, and further 30 seconds or less.

In step S5 of the above (5), after the completion of step S4 of the above (4), the decorative material 3 is placed on the surface to which the second adhesive 2a of the temporarily bonded laminated base material 10b is applied as soon as possible. . At this time, the temporarily bonded laminated base material 10b and the decorative material 3 are not bonded. The temporary adhesion laminated base material 10b and the decorative material 3 in this state are referred to as an unadhered decorative adhesive interior material 10c.

In step S6 of (6) above, the decorative adhesive interior material 10 is manufactured by pressing the non-adhesive decorative adhesive interior material 10c under conditions sufficient for curing the first adhesive 1a and the second adhesive 2a. To do. Note that pressing under conditions sufficient for the curing of the first adhesive 1a and the second adhesive 2a is not limited to the case of complete curing immediately after the pressing in step S6 of the above (6), but thereafter It includes cases where curing (reaction, drying, etc.) progresses during transportation and deposition to complete curing.

For the pressing, for example, hot pressing with a single-stage or multi-stage hot press may be performed. The pressing temperature is selected depending on conditions such as an adhesive. In the case of a normal adhesive, it is 70 ° C. or higher. The higher the pressing temperature, the shorter the pressing time. In particular, the temperature is preferably 80 ° C. or higher, more preferably 90 ° C. or higher. However, if the temperature is too high, problems such as poor adhesion and blistering occur, so 140 ° C. or lower is preferable, and 130 ° C. or lower is more preferable.

The pressing pressure is preferably 5 kg / cm 2 or more, and more preferably 6 kg / cm 2 or more because too low a pressure causes adhesion failure. On the other hand, even if the pressing pressure is too high, it only increases the energy cost, so 10 kg / cm 2 or less, further 9 kg / cm 2 or less is preferable.

If the pressing time is too short, it will cause adhesion failure, so it is preferable to set it to 20 seconds or longer, more preferably 30 seconds or longer, and particularly 40 seconds or longer. On the other hand, if the length is too long, the productivity is deteriorated, the moisture content of the surface is lowered, and warping may occur. The pressing time is more preferably 80 seconds or less, preferably 70 seconds or less, and more preferably 60 seconds or less.

If the time from the end of step S3 in (3) to the start of step S6 in (6) is too long, the pressure between the first base material 1 and the second base material 2 is insufficient. Since the 1st adhesive agent 1a of this solidifies, it is good to set it as 30 minutes or less. In particular, 20 minutes or less, further 10 minutes or less, more preferably 5 minutes or less are preferable. The steps (1) to (6) may be deposited and moved to another line in the middle, but it is preferable to carry out the steps continuously on the same line. This is because drying of the first adhesive 1a is suppressed and reliable bonding is facilitated by the pressing in step S6 of (6) above.

As Example 1, a modified vinyl acetate adhesive (first adhesive) is applied to the surface of a 9.0 mm thick plywood (first base material), and a 2.7 mm MDF (second base material) is placed thereon. Then, pressing for temporary bonding was performed. At this time, the first adhesive was applied by a spreader. The coating amount was 120 g / m 2 . Moreover, the time (closed deposition time) from placing the second substrate 2 on the first substrate 1 to the start of pressing for temporary bonding was 20 seconds. The pressing for temporary bonding was performed by a flat plate press under the conditions of a temperature of 120 ° C. (only the press plate on the second base material side was heated), a pressure of 3 kg / cm 2 , and a time of 0.5 seconds.

Then, a melamine urea copolymer adhesive (second adhesive) is applied to the surface of the second substrate, and a wet veneer veneer with a thickness of 0.3 mm is placed on the surface of the second substrate, and then pressed for main bonding. went. At this time, the second adhesive was applied by a spreader. The coating amount was 80 g / m 2 . The time from the end of pressing for temporary bonding to the start of application of the second adhesive was 20 seconds. Further, the time from the end of pressing for temporary bonding to the pressing for main bonding was 3 minutes. The pressing for the main bonding was performed by a flat plate press under conditions of a temperature of 110 ° C. (heating the press plates on both sides), a pressure of 7 kg / cm 2 , and a time of 60 seconds. The total pressing time was 60.5 seconds.

As Example 2, a melamine urea copolymer adhesive (first adhesive) was applied to the surface of a 11.2 mm thick plywood (first base material), and a 0.5 mm MDF (second base material) was placed.

Then, pressing for main bonding was performed. At this time, the first adhesive was applied by a spreader. The coating amount was 120 g / m 2 . In addition, the time from when the second substrate 2 was placed on the first substrate 1 to the start of pressing (closed deposition time) was 60 seconds. The pressing for this adhesion was performed by a flat plate press under conditions of a temperature of 110 ° C. (heating the press plates on both sides), a pressure of 7 kg / cm 2 , and a time of 80 seconds.

After curing for one day, apply a melamine urea copolymer adhesive (second adhesive) to the surface of the second substrate, and place a wet veneer veneer with a thickness of 0.3 mm for the main adhesion.
