Abstract
【解決手段】建築用断熱材10は、樹脂骨格18によって複数の気泡部20を形成した樹脂発泡体22を有する構成において、気泡部20に接触する樹脂骨格18の表面に、樹脂骨格18を構成する樹脂材よりも放射率が低い赤外線反射材30を設けている。また、この建築用断熱材10を用いた断熱ドアパネル12は、板状に形成した建築用断熱材10の両面に表面材14を接着固定した構成となっている。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂骨格によって複数の気泡部を形成した樹脂発泡体を有する建築用断熱材であって、
前記気泡部に接触する前記樹脂骨格の表面に、該樹脂骨格を構成する樹脂材よりも放射率が低い赤外線反射材を設けたことを特徴とする建築用断熱材。 - 請求項1記載の建築用断熱材において、
各気泡部間を仕切る前記樹脂骨格の壁厚よりも前記赤外線反射材の粒径が大きいことを特徴とする建築用断熱材。 - 請求項1又は2記載の建築用断熱材において、
前記樹脂材は、ポリスチレン系樹脂を含み、
前記赤外線反射材は、グラファイトを含むことを特徴とする建築用断熱材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の建築用断熱材を板状に形成し、該板状の建築用断熱材の両面に表面材を接着固定したことを特徴とする断熱ドアパネル。
- 請求項4記載の断熱ドアパネルにおいて、
前記表面材と前記建築用断熱材とが接着剤によって接着固定されており、
前記表面材と前記建築用断熱材の表面との間に、前記接着剤が設けられず、前記表面材と前記建築用断熱材とが対面する空隙が複数形成されていることを特徴とする断熱ドアパネル。 - 樹脂材を発泡させて樹脂発泡体を形成する建築用断熱材の製造方法であって、
前記樹脂材に該樹脂材よりも放射率が低い赤外線反射材を混合させた混合材を発泡させて前記樹脂発泡体を形成することにより、前記樹脂材によって形成された樹脂骨格で複数の気泡部を形成した前記樹脂発泡体を形成すると共に、前記気泡部に接触する前記樹脂骨格の表面に前記赤外線反射材を設けることを特徴とする建築用断熱材の製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の建築用断熱材の製造方法において、
予め取得した前記樹脂材の発泡倍率と各気泡部間を仕切る前記樹脂骨格の壁厚との相関関係のデータに基づいて前記樹脂材の発泡倍率を調整することで、前記樹脂骨格の壁厚を所定範囲に制御するものであり、
前記樹脂材に混合する前記赤外線反射材の平均粒径を、前記発泡倍率の調整によって制御される樹脂骨格の壁厚よりも大きく設定しておくことを特徴とする建築用断熱材の製造方法。
