- 冷却流体が流通する複数の冷却管が内部に配設された円筒体を備え、該円筒体内に、蒸発と凝縮とを繰り返す作動流体が封入される冷却ロールにおいて、
前記円筒体の内周面には、金属の溶射皮膜が形成されており、
前記溶射皮膜の表面粗さRaが、30μm以上であり、前記溶射皮膜の厚みが、1mm以上である、
ことを特徴とする冷却ロール。 - 前記金属の溶射皮膜が、Al、Al合金、SUS、亜鉛のいずれかの溶射皮膜である、
請求項1に記載の冷却ロール。 - 冷却流体が流通する複数の冷却管が内部に配設された円筒体を備え、該円筒体内に、蒸発と凝縮とを繰り返す作動流体が封入される冷却ロールの製造方法において、
前記円筒体の内周面に、厚みが1mm以上であって、表面粗さRaが30μm以上の金属皮膜を、溶射加工によって形成する、
ことを特徴とする冷却ロールの製造方法。 - 前記溶射は、ワイヤー溶射である、
