Claims (7)
- 有機汚泥類を屋内ヤードに堆積させた状態で、該有機汚泥類にセメント焼成装置又は発電装置で発生した50℃以上140℃以下の高温ガスを、前記有機汚泥類1m3あたり0.4m3/minを超え1.0m3/min以下の割合で通気すると共に、好気性発酵による発酵熱を利用して該有機汚泥類の水分を減少させて燃料とすることを特徴とする有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記有機汚泥類に必要に応じて水分調整材を添加した後前記屋内ヤードに堆積させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記高温ガスの前記有機汚泥類への通気量を、前記高温ガスを前記有機汚泥類に通過させた後のアンモニア濃度、CO2濃度又は前記有機汚泥類の分解度によって調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記屋内ヤードの雰囲気ガス中の水分を凝縮させて回収することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記回収した水分を、セメント製造時に使用する脱硝剤の希釈水、前記有機汚泥類を輸送する際に用いる潤滑水、熱交換管用の冷却水、生物脱臭槽の散水用水の少なくとも一つに利用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記好気性発酵により発生した臭気ガスを脱臭することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
- 前記好気性発酵を超好熱細菌により行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の有機汚泥類の燃料化方法。
