Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus, and more particularly to an improved structure for attaching temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of a can of a heat exchanger to the can.
Conventionally, various hot water supply apparatuses according to heat sources such as a gas hot water supply apparatus, an electric hot water supply apparatus, and an oil hot water supply apparatus have been widely used in general households. In particular, a gas hot water supply device exchanges heat between a blower fan that takes in combustion air from the outside, a burner unit that mixes and burns combustion air and fuel gas, and high-temperature combustion gas and water flowing through a heat transfer tube. A heat exchanger for heating the water, an exhaust pipe for discharging the exhaust gas after the heat exchange to the outside.
As the heat exchanger, generally, a fin-and-tube heat exchanger composed of a copper heat transfer tube and a plurality of copper fins fixed to the heat transfer tube so as to transfer heat is applied. There is also provided a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature (see Patent Document 1).
By the way, when using tap water with high hardness as the tap water to be supplied to the heat exchanger, calcium and magnesium contained in the tap water and carbonate ions and sulfate ions are combined to form a scale. When the scale is formed and accumulated in the heat transfer tube of the heat exchanger, clogging of the scale occurs, and the heat exchange efficiency in the heat exchanger decreases. Moreover, when a hot-water supply apparatus is used for a long period of time, fins adhere to fins of the heat exchanger, resulting in clogging of the fins and a decrease in heat exchange efficiency in the heat exchanger.
Continuing to use the hot water supply device with the above scale clogging or fin clogging may damage the heat exchanger. If an abnormality such as clogging of the scale or clogging of fins occurs, remove the scale or It is necessary to perform maintenance for removal. For this reason, conventionally, a technique has been employed in which the temperature of the heat exchanger is detected by temperature detection means, and an abnormality such as scale clogging is detected based on the detected temperature.
In the unpublished Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-108508, the applicant of the present application has proposed a sensor fixing bracket for attaching temperature detection means for detecting the surface temperature of a can body of a fin-and-tube heat exchanger to the surface of the can body. . As shown in FIG. 10, the
The
When attaching the temperature detection sensor to the can body in the hot water supply production line, manually attach the sensor fixing bracket to the can body, and attach the sensor body between the outer surface of the can body and the pressing portion. . At this time, the pressing force of the pressing portion may not be constant in a plurality of hot water supply apparatuses of the same model, and variations may occur.
When the contact state where the sensor body of the temperature detection sensor is in contact with the outer surface of the can body changes, the detection temperature changes. Therefore, an error occurs in the detection temperature of the temperature detection sensor due to variations in the pressing force of the pressing portion, It is difficult to stabilize the temperature detection performance of the temperature detection sensor.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply device capable of ensuring the stability of the temperature detection performance of the temperature detection means.
The hot water supply apparatus according to claim 1 is a heat exchanger for heating hot water with combustion gas generated in the combustion section, a temperature detection means for detecting the surface temperature of the heat exchanger, and the temperature detection means for the heat exchanger. A hot water supply apparatus comprising a fixing fitting fixed to the vicinity of the surface, wherein the heat exchanger includes a heat transfer pipe for circulating hot water, a plurality of fins brazed to the heat transfer pipe, the heat transfer pipe, In the hot water supply apparatus comprising a can body containing a plurality of fins and having a can body in which both end portions of the plurality of fins are brazed on the inner surface thereof, the fixing metal has the temperature detecting means fixed to the outer surface. A sensor fixing part and a metal fitting fixing part fixed to the outer surface of the can body, and a predetermined gap is formed between the sensor fixing part and the outer surface of the can body, The metal fitting fixing part includes the can body and one or more fins. It is characterized in that it is brazed to the outer surface portion of the can body corresponding to the outside of the brazing portion.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the hot water supply apparatus according to the first aspect of the invention, wherein the combustion section has a plurality of combustion regions that perform a combustion operation by switching according to the required capacity of the hot water supply, and the fixing bracket is attached to the combustion section. It is a position corresponding to the most downstream heat transfer pipe in the hot water flow direction among the heat transfer pipes directly facing from above, and is provided at a position corresponding to a combustion region frequently used in the combustion operation. It is a feature.
According to the invention of claim 1, the fixing bracket for fixing the temperature detection means has a sensor fixing portion and a bracket fixing portion, and the temperature detection means is fixed to the outer surface of the sensor fixing portion, The metal fitting fixing part is fixed to the outer surface of the can body.
Since the metal fitting fixing part is brazed to the outer surface portion of the can body corresponding to the outside of the brazing part where one or more fins are brazed to the can body, Heat is transferred to the bracket fixing portion through the can, and the bracket fixing portion is reliably heated to a temperature reflecting the temperature of the heat transfer tube (a temperature substantially equal to the temperature of the heat transfer tube). Since heat is transferred from the metal fixture to the sensor fixture, the sensor fixture is also reliably heated to a temperature that reflects the temperature of the heat transfer tube.
A predetermined gap is formed between the sensor fixing portion and the outer surface of the can body, and the temperature detection means is fixed to the outer surface of the sensor fixing portion. The temperature of the sensor fixing part that reflects the temperature of the heat transfer tube is detected in a non-contact state.
The heat transfer path that transfers heat from the heat transfer tube to the sensor fixing part via one or more fins, cans, and metal fitting fixing part is constant and does not fluctuate in a plurality of hot water supply devices of the same model. The performance can be stabilized.
In addition, by brazing only the bracket fixing portion to the can body without brazing the sensor fixing portion of the fixing bracket to the can body, the portion to be brazed to both the inner surface and the outer surface of the can body is minimized. Since it formed, the thermal distortion of a can can be suppressed and the fall of durability of a can can be prevented.
According to invention of
The heat transfer tube with the highest heat load is likely to be clogged with scale, and the clogging of fins is likely to occur in the vicinity of the heat transfer tube, so the scale and soot accumulation state is estimated using the temperature detected by the above temperature detection means. It becomes possible to do.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixing
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 9, the fixing
The
The pair of left and right metal

The
When the fixing
After the brazing in the furnace is completed, the
Thereafter, the
The
The
In a state where the fixing
Next, the operation and effect of the
The fixing
Since the metal
A predetermined gap S is formed between the

The fixing
The
Since the fixing
Moreover, both the inner surface and the outer surface of the
