Claims (21)
- 皮膚に接着して、患者へ注射流体を静脈内送達する又は患者から血液を採取するための装置であって、
空洞を有する静脈カテーテルの外端部にあり、少なくとも1つのセプタムを有するポートと、
注射又は血液サンプリングユニットと、
前記ポート及び前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットを互いに対して位置決め固定する手段を有し、患者に固定するための接着接触面を有する連結要素と
を備える装置。 - 前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットには、前記ポートのセプタムを穿通することにより該注射又は血液サンプリングユニットを前記ポートに結合する少なくとも1つの接続カニューレが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の静脈装置。
- 前記ポートが、2つ以上の統合型セプタムを有する空洞を有し、前記セプタムの1つが、前記カテーテルを静脈に導入しその後該セプタムから取り外すことができるガイドニードル又はワイヤの入口としてのものであり、他の前記セプタムが、接続カニューレの入口としてのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記連結要素の部品が、前記ポートと、又は、前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットと統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記連結要素には、バネ状弾性手段が設けられ、該バネ状弾性手段によって、前記ポート及び前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットが、互いに対して押圧されることで自動的に接続・位置決めされ、また、同時に前記セプタムが前記接続カニューレによって穿通されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記連結要素が、介在する該連結要素に前記ポート及び前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットを互いに対して移動させるための駆動手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットが、統合された又は遠隔の制御手段によって調節されて流体を送達又は採取するためのポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 流体を送達又は採取するための前記ポンプが、シリンジポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記シリンジポンプの胴体が、その軸線が円の弧を構成するトロイダル管の断片形状に湾曲されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 注射及び血液サンプリングユニットの両方が組み込まれ、別体の接続用セプタムを有するデュアル・ルーメン・静脈カテーテルを用いて、ポートに同時に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記血液サンプリングユニットが、1種類又は数種類の分析物用の測定手段をさらに備え、これらの測定結果を、注射流体の送達の制御のために、表示、無線送信、且つ/又は使用できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記血液サンプリングユニットが、血液のサンプルを、経時的に混合させることなく回収する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記血液サンプリングユニットが、空気又は非混和流体のセグメントの導入を、経時的に混合させないように制御して行なう手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 流体を送達するための前記ポンプが、可撓性リザーバと、該リザーバを圧縮して注射流体を容積移送する駆動機構と、流れを調節するための制御機構とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバを圧縮して注射流体を容積移送する前記駆動機構が、ガス発生セルによって生成される加圧ガスであり、流れを調節するための前記制御機構が、前記ガス発生セルから引き出される電流を調節する電気回路であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットの部品が、再利用可能部品及び廃棄可能部品から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記静脈カテーテルの静脈内端部が、そのオリフィスが静脈壁と直接接触するのを防止するように該オリフィスが中心に適合される螺旋形状に予め形成され、静脈への導入時にはガイドニードル又はワイヤによって引っ張られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 静脈カテーテルを介して携帯静脈アクセスを確保する方法であって、
(a)セプタムを有するポートを有する静脈カテーテルを載置し、
(b)皮膚へ固定するための接着面を有する連結要素を、注射又は血液サンプリングユニットへのリンクとして、ポート上に対して位置付けるとともに固定し、
(c)前記連結要素に、前記ポートの前記セプタムを穿通する接続カニューレを有する注射又は血液サンプリングユニットを取り付け、
(d)注射及び/又は血液サンプリングプロセスを開始する機構を作動させ、
(e)長時間に亘って携帯的に薬物を注射する請求項17に記載の方法を行なうことにより、前記静脈カテーテルを、皮膚に接着する注射又は血液サンプリング装置と、連結要素を介して連結する方法。 - 長時間に亘って薬物を携帯的に注射する請求項18に記載の方法
- 長時間に亘って血液内の分析物の濃度‐時間プロファイルを携帯的に測定する請求項18に記載の方法。
- 1種類又は数種類の物質又は薬を個人に投与し、その結果の代謝物質を含む濃度‐時間プロファイルを測定することによって、被験者の代謝及び薬物代謝状態を携帯的にプロファイリングする請求項20に記載の装置。
