Description
Claims (11)
- 患者へ注射流体を静脈内送達する又は患者の静脈から血液を採取するための装置であって、
静脈カテーテルと、
前記静脈カテーテルの外端部に恒久的に接続され、空洞を有する、患者の身体の皮膚の表面の外側に配置されるポートであって、前記空洞は、カテーテル挿入ガイドワイヤの通路用のセプタムと、前記空洞と注射又は血液サンプリングユニットとの接続用のセプタムと、を有する、患者の身体の皮膚の表面の外側に配置されるポートと、
前記ポートを位置決め固定するための、機械的な固定手段と、患者の皮膚に固定するための接着接触面と、を有する連結要素と
を備える、
装置。 - 前記連結要素には、流体注射又は血液採取装置を位置決め固定するための固定手段が設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ポートが、3つ以上のセプタムを有する空洞を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記連結要素には、バネ状弾性手段が設けられ、該バネ状弾性手段によって、前記ポート及び注射又は血液サンプリングユニットが、互いに対して押圧されることで自動的に接続・位置決めされ、また、同時に前記セプタムが前記接続カニューレによって穿通されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットが、統合された又は遠隔の制御手段によって調節されて流体を送達又は採取するためのポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 流体を送達又は採取するための前記ポンプが、シリンジポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記シリンジポンプの胴体が、その軸線が円の弧を構成するトロイダル管の断片形状に湾曲されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 注射及び血液サンプリングユニットの両方が組み込まれ、別体の接続用セプタムを有するデュアル・ルーメン・静脈カテーテルを用いて、ポートに同時に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記血液サンプリングユニットが、1種類又は数種類の分析物用の測定手段をさらに備え、これらの測定結果を、注射流体の送達の制御のために、表示、無線送信、且つ/又は使用できることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 流体を送達するための前記ポンプが、可撓性リザーバと、該リザーバを圧縮して注射流体を容積移送する駆動機構と、流れを調節するための制御機構とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記注射又は血液サンプリングユニットの部品が、再利用可能部品及び廃棄可能部品から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
